Inadvertently, you proved our point with your second sentence. That's been our question all along. "This is supposed to be a singing competition"? The obvious answer is that it's not. It never has been, and it certainly never will be. Listen, we're not ruining anything for the real singers. If these people are truly talented, they'll receive recording deals regardless of where they place in the "competition". Most of the winners of AI don't get anywhere after the competition. The only person that I can think of who won and has truly achieved success is Kelly Clarkson, and she has distanced herself from AI as much as she can. So, if anything, we're helping out these poor souls by getting them out of the competition quicker, so they don't have to be dragged down by AI. |

| I CAN'T STAND SANJAYA. I think that he is the gayest. I will let you know that if he wins, I and alot of people I am sure will stop watching American Idol. I think that this is disgusting. You get these foreign gay people on these shows and you expect for us to forget about everything else and vote for them. That is just like Big Brother when they had that Kaysar on there. They wanted to give him everything. We are AMERICANS not foreign [expletive deleted]. Go back to the country you came from and get out of our lives. My husband fought in the Iraq war and I think that partially because of all that that now we are all subjected to being so considerate to them. Well sorry about your luck but not a day in my life will I ever bow down and kiss your a**. This is pitafull. Its sad to know that you aren't the best so you have to have a website put up for you to get some votes. Also to have young kids who don't know anything about you nor do they know what good singing is - Those are the ones who vote for you. They think you are so cute and all. You put on this show like you are somebody and oh look at my hair isn't it cool. You looked just as gay that day with your mowhawk as you do every other day. Get a life and grow up. |

Would it kill you to learn about what the site's really about before you go start assuming? I can’t tell you how much we love what you’re doing. Watching people freak out about Sanjaya has got to be the most priceless thing I’ve ever watched! These poor, sad people don’t realize that what they are watching is ALREADY contrived and total BS… so hearing them whine about how you’re “ruining” something that was total BS to begin with is classic. The only downside is that you’re actually helping the evil producers. If it wasn’t for Sanjaya and you guys – there’d be almost no reason for anyone to watch this year.
