| Why is everyone getting so pissed off over voting for Sanjaya? It's frickin hilarious. If Sanjaya is that bad of a singer then why was he picked as a finalist??? It was for our entertainment, and if people want to vote for him, good for them! I don't, I vote for Blake. Goodluck starting a lawsuit you frickin idiots, like that's going to get anywhere. That would take away our freedom of speech. |

At first I did not realize why Sanjaya could still be on this show and I was confused. Then I saw the light...its a big joke. I found that hilarious. I have never voted on this show and now I finally have a true calling to vote for the show. To have Sanjaya be the next American Idol!!! Thanks to all you haters of this website it only makes me vote another 10 times for each of your comments and tell more people abut it. Apparently I am supposed to put my message in all caps lock like the other people, but oh well. I will continue to spread the good word to as many people a day as I can. With you effort we can save Sanjaya and bring him to be...the next....Ammmmmmmmmerican Idol. |

I just learned about this site while trying to find out what the crap was going on & why Sanjaya is still on Idol. I am one of the many people out there who actually loves the show for what it is. I know there is probably plenty of scheming going on by the producers & everyone else, but what show doesn't have that stuff? I just want to let you all know that you are ruining Idol for me this year, as well as many other people! I get so disgusted & tired week after week of people that CAN sing (maybe not the best, but not nearly as bad as Sanjaya) going home, while he sits there with that smirk on his face. Do you guys seriously have nothing better to do than to come up with a "game" (as you call it) to give someone like Sanjaya more & more stage time & popularity when it should be given to those who can actually sing? Get a life folks! Ya know, its really simple--IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SHOW, DON'T WATCH IT!!! There are plenty of shows out there that I think are stupid & a waste of money & screen time, but you don't see me getting a group together to destroy it. Use some common sense & common courtesy while you're at it. Leave the kid alone. Just let him go home so that the contestants that actually deserve to be there can do what they do best! You guys are really messing with people's lives and its wrong! |

This post was begging for an answer and couldn't help but listen to it's whining.
"If you dissagree with American Idol ..." This line got my attention. We don't disagree with AI. After all, they are the ones who put Sanjaya in the competition. They must have seen something vote-worthy in him or he wouldn't have made the top 24.
"...becoming what they have been dreaming of their whole life." They have been dreaming of entertaining millions of people by singing...gee, isn't that what they've been doing on the show? Some people just get to do it a little bit longer than others.
"By you all voting for the worst is messing everything up,..." This happens every year and Idol goes on. I'd imagine that it will be around next year as well. It's not like we're pouring bleach on your new black dress.
"...but i really just think this is whole voting thing is a waste of time..." So is writing hate comments on a web site about a TV show. Yes, do you realize that you are getting angry about a TV show?
"But no you all have to cost people their jobs and crush their dreams just so you can mess up the voting system?" Do you watch the audition part of the show? If you did, you would know that Simon, Paula, Randy and the many AI producers and assistant producers crush far more dreams than this web site ever could. BTW, who asked them to quit their jobs to do this?
"Sanjaya sucks just please stop this and get him out of that damn compition." Well, I happen to think that Phil and Chris R. suck so I don't vote for them. Can you "please stop this" and get them out of the damn competition?

Haven't watched the show since first season and I've never voted. But I got to admit, this side show about Sanjaya is pretty entertaining! And reading the posts from the Sanjaya haters, is probably the most fun I get to have on a regular basis. Keep it up... no seriously... but let's get more creative with it. In the interest of that, I have a few suggestions of things to avoid that are just a little overdone already. 1. Stop threatening and hoping someone will sue. I'm sorry, but it isn't going to happen. In order to sue someone successfully, you need a legal basis... a broken law, for example. The show encourages everyone to vote, vote often, and makes no stipulation on your reasons for voting for whomever you choose. 2. But threatening someone's life with real intent, is against the law. You tread a thin line there if you really take it too far. If some of these posts were aimed at a US President for example, do you think it would be very long before you got a visit from the Secret Service? 3. Stop whining about the contestants that got voted off. I got news for you, with or without Sanjaya, they're going to get voted off. That's the point of the show, there's only one winner. (Let's just hope that it is Sanjaya!) Peace ;) |

AH HAHAHAHA!!! I have been looking for something like this since season one. I knew there were catches in the audition process, and the fanbase for AI has multiplied over the years. But now VFTW has my complete support from here on out. I live for this kind of sabotage, and I LOVE the mail bag messages. So far, my favorite one is the 20 year old that has every sickness and disease known to man and she has 9 days to live and wishes that all of us don't vote this week so she can see Sanjaya voted off....What? so then so she can die in peace? Holy baby Jesus in a high chair. If I was 20 years old and have nine days to live, I wouldn't be snapping off to AI. I would be making the most out of my life. Heck I would probably splurge and go to the live concert and boo Sanjaya off the stage. But, never the less, I just think that is so freakin funny. Finally, you have to look at it this way too. Just imagine what AI would be like if they got 'the best' in all the cities? 'Cause trust me, I know people on my block that are ass over tits better than these contestants this year. But with that said, that is when I would actually enjoy watching the damn show with my wife. But the makers of this site are right, all it is bad Kareokee. So let the sabotage begin!!! What you're doing to Sanjaya is appalling. Do you people actually think that he wants to win now? As I hope you can see, he probably wants to get voted off... I'm sure he doesn't find it honorable to win because of what you're doing. Sabotaging a show is immoral and I hope there is some law out there that enables you to get sued into bankruptcy… maybe even jail time... yes, you would be much more deserving of that.

I can’t tell you how much we love what you’re doing. Watching people freak out about Sanjaya has got to be the most priceless thing I’ve ever watched! These poor, sad people don’t realize that what they are watching is ALREADY contrived and total BS… so hearing them whine about how you’re “ruining” something that was total BS to begin with is classic. The only downside is that you’re actually helping the evil producers. If it wasn’t for Sanjaya and you guys – there’d be almost no reason for anyone to watch this year.
