He was born in Seattle, Washington thus making him a legal citizen of the United States. As to your comments about not being ‘foreign’ and ‘go back to the country you came from’ I have to ask, are you Native American? This web site is great, I come on here daily just to read the hilarious things people write. I especially like the emails stating they are going to hire an attorney to sue the owners of the web site. It is apparent they know nothing about the law and want to try to intimidate people, you can't sue someone for saying "Hey, vote for this guy". Come on people, it is a fun web site and who cares if people should happen to vote for someone you don't think is worthy. Last time I checked we lived in the USA, the land of the free. I can’t tell you how much we love what you’re doing. Watching people freak out about Sanjaya has got to be the most priceless thing I’ve ever watched! These poor, sad people don’t realize that what they are watching is ALREADY contrived and total BS… so hearing them whine about how you’re “ruining” something that was total BS to begin with is classic. The only downside is that you’re actually helping the evil producers. If it wasn’t for Sanjaya and you guys – there’d be almost no reason for anyone to watch this year.
-Chris I second this. The funny part is, the ones getting voted off that actually possess talent are the ones making it. (hint, Josh Gracin, Daughtry, Kelly Pickle eater, Jennifer Hudson....etc..) It's a great platform for getting noticed. It's not all about winning. They will make it regardless. :o) SO STOP WHINING ALREADY!!!!!

What you're doing to Sanjaya is appalling. Do you people actually think that he wants to win now? As I hope you can see, he probably wants to get voted off... I'm sure he doesn't find it honorable to win because of what you're doing.
