Absolutely love the website guys..... To see so many get so pissed off over something so small is great. Guys/Gals.... why are you letting this stuff get to you so much? I mean go out and create something yourselves. Or here is a better thought.... maybe americans should look at their politicians with as much emotion as you do these singers that I can honestly say I have never heard any of their music once they have won. | Wow....just....wow. First, I love Vote For the Worst. Finally there's something that makes a mockery of the mockery that is American Idol. It's so deliciously subversive! As a generation X kid, all grown up now, I can't tell you how much I love you guys! You kick ignorant suburban housewives and dumb teenagers in their figurative balls.
The mailbag comments are hilarious. It confirms that kids need to spend more time in school learning the basics of spelling and grammar. I also love all of the teenagers threatening to unleash their lawyers. Maybe they should take a social studies class or something. How are the kids working at Starbucks going to afford an attorney? Also, I'd love to hear some comment from some of these idiots on what laws you're breaking. I especially love the comments about contacting the police. That's just too ridiculous for words. Delightful!
One other thing I totally adore is all the mommies out there who are angry with you for ruining their kids' dreams. American Idol isn't about dreams. It's about making Fox more money. These mommies need to grow up and teach their kids that success comes from hard work--not from making it through an audition for a reality TV show. If you're banking on your kids making it to American Idol so they can pay their bills, YOU are the ones teaching them improper values--not a silly website. Get over yourselves. If you're pissed, stop visiting VFTW. You're probably too ignorant to understand this, but sites like VTFW are propagated by those of you who are so incensed by them.

The three stars of today: 3) Brenda, the Parent who said "American Idol makes me teach my kids about not conforming"!: Politely put ma'am - Shut the hell up. It's parents like you who let their kids do whatever until something comes along to poke their bubble that really piss me off. Instead of trying to kiss a moving train and piss off this site, why not just teach you're children about life not always going the way they want it? What the HELL is wrong with you inbred, two-toothed, sibling-screwing, trailer park-inhabiting, 40-guzzling, meth-abusing, smack-snorting, malodorous mongoloids? This "reality" show (oxymoronic, I know) has an unworkable premise (how can one actually and fairly judge so many people in this type of competition) and an even faultier system for voting, which can lead to a very, very untalented individual coming out on top. What this site is doing is exposing American Idol's obvious -- obvious to anyone with half a brain -- flaws. Try to dust off those synapses and get them firing, kids. The most wonderful part about this stupid show -- the fact that there have been and are some OUSTANDING performers -- is lost when you dumbasses spew your bile about individuals who stand up and say there's something ridiculous about this "reality" show. It's a testament to the American Spirit that some Idol contestants have gone on to a good amount of fame and fortune...and they are INDEED talented. But, c'mon, kids -- take this stuff too seriously and you're going to be eventually institutionalized. And all the homophobic "fag" comments? So lame and so tired -- but, they did give me a laugh. I can imagine you all sitting there on top of your trailer homes, chewing tobacco, eating Fritos and cake, drinking moonshine, and bitching about life (for guys, it's because your 4-year old brother can read better than you -- and YOU are 22 and already in the 9th grade! For girls, it's more baby-mama's drama, as your seven kids haven't heard from their 7 -- or 8-- or 10 daddies in a long time). M-Dawg

I hope you know what your website is doing. You are making our kids think adults are stupid. My kids used to like American Idol, but now they think American adults are stupid and tone deaf. My older daughter had a dream of once being on American Idol.
