This is hysterical. On The O'Reilly Factor, civil litigator Danielle Aidala makes incredibly stupid arguments about how she could sue this website. The arguments are actually even stupider than the rationale from the 12 year olds who write to us, so it's a pretty funny way to waste five minutes if you're bored. __________________________

this lawyer couldnt even get the simple facts right, pffft Sanjaya was responsible for Sabrina's boot??? They were in different competitions to begin with. One was in boys vs boys, the other was in girls vs. girls However, I could understand since Sanjaya looks like a girl after all

Who the FUCK is this stupid idiot??? What law school did she attend? University of the Fucking Clueless? Kidz, that stupid asshole knows nothing -- NOTHING -- about the law. And that douchebag O'Liely, of course, puts someone like this dumbass on his lame-ass show. They should fuck and breed "special bus" kids... M-Dawg __________________________

What a fucking retard. Stern's "spell." How can you blame all the idols being voted off just on Sanjaya?! What about Phil Stacy and his shitass voice, etc...

Antonella's Basketball: What an annoying bitch Danielle Aidala is. She needs to strip down to her panties and sit on me, then she doesn't need to worry about stupid TV shows and the stupid people who care about them too much. __________________________

Maybe what all these kids (or brainless adults) really mean by wanting to SEW this website is that they want to stitch us. Yeah! Like keeping us “in-stitches” laughing daily… hehehe… and they’ve succeeded very well at that, as I keep falling off my chair laughing-out hysterically reading all those threats and crybaby scream of anger… Uh! Uh! Uh! Maybe one of them is indeed this “so-called” Civil Litigator Aidala – Wasn’t that a hoot the other night on O’Reilly!!!? I just couldn’t believe my ears listening to her silly arguments, watching it live. And she thinks she can get a court in the U.S. to listen to her silly justifications for a lawsuit filing? “Hey, Counselor, get a clue, go try Teheran, they might give you the time-of-day”. Or is she perhaps secretly in love with Cowell or Lithgoe? God help us all! Hysterical! BTW, has anyone noticed how subdued and almost resigned Simon was on the last show? It was like: “I can’t control this anymore…” and then, and then… he kind of said it to Sanjaya. Blew me! When I think he gets paid $30 millions to appear on that cheesy show along Paula “Drunken” Abdul and Randy “Yo Dawg” Jackson… I just can’t think straight! Paul Los Angeles __________________________

This lawyer is an idiot. Is she for real??? She is an insult to her profession. Loss of opportunity??? "Where talented contestants like Stephanie Edwards, like Sabrina Sloan are getting knocked off every week because Sanjaya Malakar is surviving." First of all, if you want to be technical, Sanjaya had NOTHING to to with Sabrina Sloan! Why not sue American Idol because they pick 6 guys and 6 girls to make the Top 12 instead of the most talented regardless of gender. Of course, this "most talented" bit is so subjective. This isn't a singing competition, it's a voting competition. Sure, you can attempt to try anything in court but if this ever goes to court, I say counter-sue for legal fees and damaging the reputation of an online community. Even the most jaded people understand that one person out-staying his or her talent on the show only means someone else exiting merely one week sooner than they would have, nothing more. Are you kidding me??? I say this person is a closet worster trying to raise publicity for votefortheworst. I'd LOVE to see this get litigated (provided the defendant can countersue). Can you imagine if this thing went to the Supreme Court??? hahahaha... The premise of this suit it so silly. It would be like Ruben Studdard suing America for not buying his records even after they voted for him. Again, if this civil litigator isn't a closet worster, she's an insult to her profession. __________________________

BTW, I just LOVED the end of that segment. Bil O'Reilly (doing his best to contain his sarcasm): "That would be a FAS-CINATING legal case... Moron Lawyer (interrupting): "I'll take it!" (inner fantard excitement bursting through) Bill: "...counselor, thanks for coming in." Bill: "and next we'll wrap things up with the 'most ridiculous item'" (deadpan) AS IF THAT CIVIL LITIGATOR piece wasn't the most ridiculous item! hahahah...... Oh no... there's something even more ridiculous than that??? (I almost thought this was an April Fool's joke but you check youtube and this was a show from late-March) __________________________

This has got to be an April Fool's joke. Can someone check if she's really a lawyer? I mean - there's no way in hell any actual lawyer would think that filing a lawsuit against a website for promoting a contestant that the judges on the show actually selected, would be a good idea.

Apparently faulty logic transcends professions. People were encouraged to vote for President Bush in 2004. Most people seem to hate him, yet the ones who hosted his campaign speeches aren't being arrested for encouraging people. I can tell people to kill themselves. It may not be a nice thing to do, per se, but it falls considerably short of any criminal act. She seems to be willing to do anything for some publicity. Hmm... I wonder if she will take it in the ass.
