Idiot Lawyer Danielle Aidala Thinks VFTW/Stern Can Be Successfully Sued

This is hysterical. On The O'Reilly Factor, civil litigator Danielle Aidala makes incredibly stupid arguments about how she could sue this website. The arguments are actually even stupider than the rationale from the 12 year olds who write to us, so it's a pretty funny way to waste five minutes if you're bored. __________________________

Unbelievable! My jaw dropped when I heard this. How can a sane person think that way? What a dumb ass! I'd LOVE to see her try to sue this site. I'd definitely be ready to testify that I wasn't under a spell and voted for Sanjaya of my own free-will. What a hose bag! Go back to suing fast food restaurants for serving fattening food! __________________________

I have some bad news for you, Mrs. “My Shit Doesn’t Stink” attorney – I am going to sue MYSELF! HA! By suing myself I will set a court precedence that is even more ridiculous than yours, so when you walk in to court the judge will say “You skanky whore, this matter was already decided in Angry Ferret Jones v. Angry Ferret Jones, now take your aphid-infested cooch the hell out of my courtroom. Ho.

Here here! I think Sanjaya is great. Perhaps not a great singer, but he's good all the same. But what is more, he is the most entertaining out there, and not because he can't sing as well as the others, but because he projects his personality in his music. Good for him. I know I won't support any other VFTW idols as much as Sanjaya because he has heart where all the others seem to lack it. Isabel __________________________

Please, do you realize how dumb you sound. Please atleast try to be professional. What kind of title is that "Idiot Lawyer"? That is personally insulting. Now, I know you will just laugh this off, and go on to the next complaint about your site, but listen to this. YOu are messing with people's futures here. It's not fair to Sanjaya, and it's not fair to the better singers who have gone out. Look at Taylor Hicks. It is personally insulting to him (his album hasn't gone gold yet) that you had people vote for him. He is struggling with his album, and is credited for being the worst idol yet. You must have no life if you find it funny to interfere with others. Those who agree with me, let's start a petition!!!!!! Please repost!!

Taylor Hicks album was certified platinum on January 17, 2007. It debuted at #2. So, because of our horrible, cruel voting the man has gotten a national ad campaign, a platinum album, has played with Snoop Dogg, Widespread Panic, and Willie Nelson, and has a $750,000.00 book deal for his autobiography. Yeah, he's really doing poorly. He must hate the people who voted him in. I agree, he's probably very insulted that a group of people handed him all that. And I'm sure Sanjaya will be too. I have realized the folly of our ways. We mustn't punish the poor little long haired boy from Seattle with money and fame! Idiot. __________________________

What is the definition of a campaign? And when did it become illegal? How can a person selected (not voted) from thousands to compete in the final 24 not legitimately have a chance to win? I come here for a good laugh but it’s getting stranger than fiction and starting to scare me when I see these “educated” people talk like this… I’ve got a headache, I wonder if I could get her degree revoked based on her views on this case.

Here's how FOX News announced this "douche" addition to their legal staff. She's obviously a regular and not just a fligh-by-night guest: \ Quote The Judge [Sr. Judicial Analyst Andrew Napolitano] also joined us — as did Kirsten Powers and a new addition Danielle Aidala, a former prosecutor and current medical malpractice attorney. (She is married to our buddy and frequent guest, Arthur Aidala.) We think she may be the better half! (Just kidding, Arthur.) \ Unquote Well, maybe we should all tremble 'cause her hubby is also a Manhattan criminal defense attorney... A class action suit on behalf of the AMERICAN PUBLIC? That's almost as ridiculous as Congress passing a formal declaration of war on "terror". "Terror" isn't a country -- hence, it is an unconstitutional declaration of war. But hey, if Congress can do it, maybe this lady thinks she can get away with it too!
