| This lady is ridiculous. "Malicious intent" and "the first ammendment doesn't protect everything"?! OK, if the kkk and nazis can invoke free speech rights, what is she wasting her time talking about vftw and american idol for? I am pretty sure if hate speech is protected then wftw would be too. :-P |

| I sent this link to my lawyer friend to get his insight into the merits of the case. His reply:
All I know is that, even though I don't watch American Idol, and have never voted for an American Idol, this attorney has convinced me to start voting every week for Sanjaya just so I know she'll be out there getting her panties all in a bunch over it

| Yeah, and in addition, any argument that a vote for Sanjaya "sabotages" American Idol can be turned right back around on the producers of AI. If it's "sabotage" to suggest voting for him, then it was "sabotage" to put him through at all.

| OK i have to say that i hate this website for all it represents. It's stupid and petty. Why waste ur time trying to keep Sanjaya on the show. He was a decent singer at the begginning but now he is becoming worse and worse each week. and about the comment about the people who write being rationale 12 years olds, come on. We are simply American Idol fans who hate seing u guys sabatoge the results of the show. If u really think Sanjaya is the worst then why are u helping him win, i bet u guys probably wanna be able to laugh at him when his voice is on the radio too. Well that is just dumb. and if anyone is immature it's u guys.

This is hysterical. On The O'Reilly Factor, civil litigator Danielle Aidala makes incredibly stupid arguments about how she could sue this website. The arguments are actually even stupider than the rationale from the 12 year olds who write to us, so it's a pretty funny way to waste five minutes if you're bored. __________________________
