| YOU ARE CORRECT THAT THE RATINGS ARE UP. WHY????? BECAUSE OF THE MEDIA ATTENTION AROUND SANGINA. BUT YOU ARE INCORRECT ABOUT THE EFFECTS THAT A SANGINA WIN WILL HAVE ON AMERICAN IDOL. THE SHOW WILL LOSE SIGNIFICANT CREDIABILITY. HOW IT HAD ANY CREDIABILITY TO BEGIN WITH IS BEYOND ME, BUT WHAT GOOD CRED THAT WAS BUILT WILL BE LOST.
PLUS THEY WILL BE FORCED TO GIVE HIM A SINGING CONTRACT FOR 10 YEARS. I DOUBT THAT SANGINA'S FAMILY WILL BE TOO UPSET ABOUT THAT.
BUT THE BEST PART WILL BE THAT THE AMERICAN FREE WILL HAS SPOKEN.

I don't think she is in any danger of losing.
If it comes down to it, the Idol producers will 'fix'
the votes, showing what this show is really about, you
know, expose it for the farce it really is.
They may HAVE to do that anyway.
Since 'simple Simon' had to open his mouth and threaten to
quit ( kind of like one of those 'immature' folks you
complain about ) they will be forced to alter the tally
so Simple Simon won't have to 'put up or shut up'.
this show is not, nor ever was, a 'singing competition'.
To believe that it is is to demonstrate that , yes, you
really are as stupid as we make you out to be. |

| do u all relize that its not this website thats making all the difference??? its ppl in india voting for him. On MSNBC, they showed a report proving that people in india are voting for Sanjaya. All that the ppl in India have to do is get on the internet and look up the number to call to vote for Sanjaya... there are billions of ppl in India. they report states that once the polls open, they phone lines are jammed for hours on end. it also said that if the lines werent jammed, then even more votes for Sanjaya would be sent in. so face it, its useless trying to stop the inevitable, and thats that Sanjaya is gonna win this competition even if he loses his voice and whispers a song next week

| I agree with you on 1 thing and only 1 thing, racial hatred is just that, hatred. And it is a bad thing to degrade someone because of his race or religion. They should stick to the fact that Sanjaya is a no talent bum who needs a haircut!!! |
