she could be an LPN, which is only 2 years of school. You don't have to get a bachelor's degree to be a nurse.

I thought you were going to report that she had been arrested by the fashion police!
BTW, you can be a nurse (LPN) without having a Bachelor's degree. She never said she was an RN - only a "nurse."

LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) don't have to have a bachelor's. RNs (Registered Nurses) do, though.

You can even be a registered nurse (RN) without a bachelor's degree. Perhaps they have changed certification requirements, but my grandmother was an RN without a four-year degree. She, however, is now in her 70s. Both of my parents are RN's, but neither attended school for four years specifically for nursing. My father has a biology degree in addition to being a nurse, while my mother transferred from another school midway through to attend nursing school.
There are usually special schools to go to for nursing. Judging on her age (not how old she looks, but how old they say she is - 23), she probably only attended minimal training, enough to be a CNA (certified nurse's assistant) or LPN (the medical joke is that they are Low Paid Nurses, heh).
In any event, this is very discouraging for Amanda. I liked her personality, but having a DUI is a preventable crime with potentially deadly outcomes. I will no longer be voting for her, sorry VFTW.

She needs to lay off the alc o hol. She seems to have aged about 15 years since this picture and it hasn't even been two years.
So does she do her hair herself or does she actually pay someone for the Pepe Le Pue do? Maybe Brooke is trying to sabotage her and did her hair yesterday.

She actually looks more normal in her mug shot than she did last night. What are those crazy American Idol 'stylists' trying to do? Depart from the shows supposed purpose of singing even more by making people look ridiculous?
I hope she sticks around. Last night I swore that I saw "VFTW" stamped across her forehead the entire time.

I wonder what level of "nurse" she is. Probably a nurse's aide. LPN is a 2yr degree, RN doesn't have to be a bachelor's degree, it can be done at a community college. A four year nursing degree is a BSN.
Did you see her mom? Her mom is way hotter than her. She looks older than her mom.
She's the worst, but please don't vote for her, I'm so over her.
