I'm sorry, but you guys must be seriously blind to think that your votes actually saved Amanda. If you guys were listening at all to what Ryan said, Alaina, Alexandrea, and Kady were the ones in the bottom three.
I agree with previous statements that Amanda and Danny aren't necessarily the worst in the competition. They're both unique and thus receive votes from people who actually like their styles. I've seen on other American Idol related message boards that Danny seems to have the support of tweens who think he's "hot."
I think it's hilarious that you guys try to pick someone who does not fit so well into the AI mold, but I've noticed that much of this site's support goes not to the actual VFTW picks, but to the main idea of pissing off the producers.

That's one of the points. Says so in the "About VFTW" section of the website. Besides AI is pimping David A bigtime, so VFTW should do what it can to balance everything out.

I agree that they have their own fan base but every bit of vote in a crapfest is important (just like in 2000 presidential election).
My niece has a crush on him even though I kept telling her he/she is a flaming gay. They just shrugged it as if they don't believe me. What's wrong with tweens and teens these days? Can't they tell who's obviously gay anymore? Not that I care as I like Danny for his personality and it will make the game more exciting.

Exactly. The Worster's mission was to save Amanda from being eliminated last night. Their efforts worked so brilliantly that she wasn't even in the bottom three!

I think that Danny is pretty awesome, maybe not the best singer in the world, but he does have personality. Which most of the people on AI are lacking. As for him being gay...its not a big deal.
What bothers me about the tweens is the fact that they have no taste in music. Does anyone over the age of 14 (other then snotty Paula) really think that Davis A did a great job singing "Imagine?" It was horrible. But he is probably going to win, which would be further proof that 13 year old girls run the music industry.
