whether we did it or not, last nights results were hilarious. Kady was all set to go home and already holding back a scowl as Ryan was talking. The look of shock on her face when she was safe was great.

I'm sick of the crybabies (I'm looking at you, Lullaby and Danny) though. Yeah, if you get eliminated you're allowed to cry. If you're sitting down safe, you don't get to blubbler.

Is there any way Archu-D2 (seriously, he's 5'4". Seacrest is 5'8" and towers over him) doesn't win this? I saw some poll of the final 16 and he had 57%--more than every other contestant combined, already! I'm so sick, already, of the tweentard girls squealing when he opens his defective throat.

Maybe he'll let the adulation go to his head and become a pompous jerk, or at least temper off the 'golly gee' act.

I think if we pigeonhole the voters, Danny is the only one siphoning votes from Archu-D2. The IBWs overlap, the rest of the chicks (except Amanda) seem to overlap, Michael Johns, Jason Castro and David Cook probably split the same voters, and the other guys are all low/fodder. I think David H is the only serious competitor who seems to have a growing fanbase.

By the looks of those blondes, I prefer to watch hours 3 and 4, and wait until AFTER the show to get laid (or while watching it). I can do without hours 1 and 2. Hey, you know what!? I just figured out why my wife is so enthusiastic about the AI girls this year! Thanx Moogish!

I can’t see how you can speak for the viewing public as a whole. If Amanda keeps performing as horribly as she did over the past couple weeks, but hangs in there as long as Sanjaya did last year, then I’ll concede and give you guys credit for being a considerable contributing factor to the results of the show. But even if that happens, you’ll still have a way to go to convince me that you are THE determining factor. There’s a lot of forces at work here (the vote splitting thing being one of them maybe). Even though VFTW might be a considerable push/pull towards the results, there are other factors pushing and pulling as well, without which, your efforts might not work as desired. So go ahead and pat yourselves on the back all you want for your contributions to the results. Just don’t go claiming yourselves to be the only horse pulling the carriage.
