Since when does someone have to be afraid that "something like this would come back to bite him"??? Last time I checked, Stripping and/or being gay was nothing to be ashamed of. what about all the guys that went to Dicks Cabaret to see that sort of thing? I hope none of the audience ever comes into the spotlight for anything good! David might just have to out them and say "Yeah, I gave him a lapdance, and HE LIKED IT!" Wake up people, it's 2008, not 1988. Gay men & women are way more accepted these days. Although not everyone comes around the corner waving the rainbow flag (Danny), it's Davids option not to. Yes, the proof is there, and if he wants it out there, then it's his option. Ever heard of a guy named Ricky Martin, or Tom Cruise? Not everyone makes it blatantly obvious, and again, it's their option.

The photo posted of the two guys (one in black shirt and one in white shirt with the rips in it) isn't even of David Hernandez. So why was it included? You can tell the shirtless pics and the ones with the Burn T-shirt and Santa hats are of David H but not the one with just the two guys. Does VoteForTheWorst think that all Hispanic people look alike ... just like the bad stereotype that all Asians and blacks look alike? Oh brother! It's so obvious that the Hispanic guy in the black shirt isn't David H at all.

It is really Sad, that with all the things going on in the world that we should be focusing our attention and concerns, the troops have rallied themselves together( remember the Moral Majority)to out David Hernandez as being a stripper and gay. Why do you care?? Maybe because you didn't have the pleasure of seeing him in the nude, or won't ever have the chance to sleep with him. Whether he is gay or not is none of your business. He is not, nor should he be compelled to reveal his sexual preference, unless he chooses. When he was a stripper, if, in fact he actually did strip, he did so in an ADULT ENVIRONMENT, and it should be left in the Adult ARENA. It is not an issue that should be brought to the young audiences of American Idol or other venues. He has proven that he can sing, and that he deserves to be in the final 12. That's what matters! HE CAN SING! You old queens need to get a LIFE, GROW UP and leave David alone. I know for a fact that many, many straight guys choose to work in the gay Arena because it is a very well known fact.... Gay men are the best TIPPERS in the world. Here's a TIP for all you David Hernandez Haters.....GET OVER IT! You want to fight a war,, Go defend our country in Iraq! Now that's something that warrants your ATTENTION!

Okay I have to respond to all the dumb ass people that have to leave such comments of hate.
I happen to be a gay man, and yes I am turing 40, I have done so many things in my life that made me who I am, does it really fucken matter to you iodits if he is gay or not.
For me my sexuality is first of all private, nobodys business. If the man used his body and personality to make money who are you hateful people to place judgement on anyone? In addition what fucken actor did not spread his or her legs to get to the top.
He has a voice and can sing and you know what all you untalented people need to get a life. Who the fuck cares if he is gay or not, should a person have to disclose a very personal matter to anyone. He is a man he has a decent voice, so all you gay bashers and haters need to get a life.
The fact is he is a good looking man and if you have to bash someone or even make decisions on your ignorance, then all your you worthless fucks will go to hell.
Leave the mans private life alone and let him show by talent if he can be the next American Idol.
