Oh how the mighty have fallen. I guess three nights in a row of that crap was too much for more than just us.

Idol is like an abusive boyfriend. We keep coming back for more, no matter what they do to us.

Notice how Carly's tattooed arm is conveniently hidden in the picture.
Thanks be to the Lord that I still have the notoriously glitchy DishNetwork PVR501 receiver that managed to lose an hour of Idol Gives Head. Whew! That was close. I almost had to sit through the whole thing because my significant other wanted me to watch it with her.

He just kind of dangled a carrot of hope in front of Michael. He said Syesha and Carly were safe. Then, dramatic pause. Then he said "last year during Idol Gives Back, we didn't eliminate anyone." Longer dramatic pause as Michael stands there wincing. Then Seacrest says, "But tonight we're saying goodbye to Michael Johns."

But, they couldn't hide the fatness of her left arm.
It looks bigger than all of Brooke.

Ooouch! That hurts, but I'm sure 90% of what Ryan says he has to say off of cues. He seems way nicer in the tryouts when nothing is scripted.
Thanks for filling me in!

Whoever wrote this has some major issues. I mean, to make fun of American Idol for doing something good? That's really low! Idol Gives Back may not be something you are wanting to help out with, but as you can see there are millions of people who care what goes on in this world and don't need people like you to joke about it!

Looks like with no Sanjaya, the viewers are bored. American Idol lost the night on Thursday, with more people watching CSI than Idol. CSI scored 19.93 million viewers vs. Idol's 19.57 million. Carly and the gang must be boring the audience to death. Idol hasn't seen ratings that low since... well, we can't even remember. The only thing worse was Idol Gives Head, which only scored 17.5 million viewers. I guess even if people like helping charity, no one wants to see lame celebrity dance montages. How about focusing more on the charity and less on the "big name stars"?
