Carly Already Knows Mariah Carey

It will be interesting to see how Carly reacts to meeting Mariah Carey tonight on Idol. This is because Carly will probably pretend to be "excited to meet her", yet there is extensive proof that the 2 already know each other. In an old News of the World article, Carly made it all about her (as always) when she met Mariah. "She told me she loved my song and thought I was a great singer. I was completely gobsmacked, one of the world's most successful female singers was praising me." The connection was also mentioned in the wonderful Star Magazine article. Now we can't blame Mariah tonight if she forgets Carly, because honestly, who would remember a hideous flop of an artist from 7 years ago? But if Carly acts like she's never met Mariah, then it's just another thing to add to her book of lies.

EDITED TO ADD: Yep, Carly told Mariah, "Nice to meet you." What a lying skank.

Well, this figures. Just when I thought I couldn't dislike her more. That bitch needs to go. It will be so awesome if she is next. First douche, then her. That would be our greatest victory yet! Then, we need to get lickchuleta out of there. I am getting tired of all the little fantards going on and on about that kid! I want to make them threaten to sue and boycott and demand a recount. Awesome.

I actually wish David Archuleta would go. I can't stand that kid's voice. It makes me want to puke. Carly go first and then David A.

Four little words: "Nice to meet you."
Four more words: You are going down.
(And I don't mean on Simon)

I wrote a story for school about my fat dog and my ugly muscular dog (I made them into people), and at the end of the story I put that same picture to show what my fat dog would look like as a person. My teacher, who is usually a sour douche, was laughing pretty hard. Now that I think about it, Carly DOES kinda look like my fat dog...

"Nice to meet you" isn't quite as damning a quote. It's awkward, but you can say that when re-meeting an old friend. (Yeah, Mariah is looking a little old)

Anywho, the really damning statement from Cunty came at the end of her clip: "Ohhhh, it's a dream come true!" Because it's everybody's dream to have a celebrity compliment your singing ... twice.

"Without You" was a song covered by Mariah Carey.

She did NOT write it - she only covered it.

And I do think American Idol did the original Songwriter an injustice on the Season 7 - 7 show - Ryan, one of the judges or Carly should have mentioned the Songwriters - Pete Ham and Tom Evans, of the British Group, Badfinger.

Badfinger had hits such as "Come and Get It", "No Matter What", "Day After Day" and "Baby Blue".

What few people know is that the band performed back up for George Harrison and his "All Things Must Pass" album, Ringo Starr's "It Don't Come Easy" and even John Lennon's "Imagine.

Probably their most successful song was "Without You" which appeared on their first album, but failed to be a hit for them. However it's been covered by hundreds of artists, including Mariah Carey.
