I don't know why I am writing this because you don't deserve any of my time, and you are probably going to post this on your website and fucking gloat about it, but I feel so strongly and angry I am going to anyways. Let me start by saying that I used to be a fan of your site. I felt you gave fair and entertaining recaps, and I enjoyed reading them so much that I ignored the fact that I hated the idea of voting for the worst and the fact that Taylor Hicks won this competition. I was even a Sanjaya fan thanks to you(although my votes went to Blake.) I began to become less enamored with your site as your recaps became less enjoyable and you criticism of Michael Johns became less comprehensible. Then Thursday night's travesty occured and your sheer thrill and delight that an incredible singer and performer was voted off before that joke Kristy Lee Cook drove me over the edge. Michael is in NO WAY a "song stealing douche" and for you to call him one with out even stating yours reasons is incredibly sociopathic. I truly believe now that you are the destruction of this show. American Idol has gone from a perfectly respectable television show that actually showcased up and coming talent into a piece of fucking shit joke do to your abominable site. I hope you discontinue this farce, and look in the mirror and see yourself for the sociopath you are...

Wow I dont even know where to start I hate this site so much and the people who created it! last year, yup I'll give u credit, it was funny watching sanjaya scream his way through the top 12, but this year you guys have gone way to far!!! I hate you guys!!! Michael Johns was the best singer on that show and because of you guys, Kristy stayed and Michael left. I am Australian and he represented us. I am so mad with you guys. It is horrible what you do to these kids. You make fun of them when they are up on the stage in front of EVERYONE singing their hearts out. This is so sad. You should be disappointed of yourselves. How can you call this an anti-american idol website and tell people to call and vote for someone? To vote, people have to watch and find the right number to vote on. Both the ratings and the votes perpetuate the show. I know my one email won't get anywhere or make a difference. But you all are retards. If you want rid of something, DONT BE A FAN! I check your site periodically and find it humorous, and am definitely glad you guys are out there. Although, I must suggest that David Archuletta is a care bear, and has to go because he's giving me a damn toothache. Anyway, I support your cause because the producers have way too much input (Kristy Lee on tour FTW?), and too many stinkers stay along for that generic feel (Jason Castro's one trick has been done to death).
That said, I found tonight's results show to start out on a nice OFFENSIVE start. I have no problem with people singing the lyrics to their song choices, whatever it may be about. This especially comes out in more religious songs (though if Kristy Lee does Amazing Grace one more time I might kill someone), as well as during country week (Dolly's Jesus references were annoying, but they are classics, so I'll live). Starting off your Idols singing "Shout to the Lord" was just plain offensive. Obviously because the show is run on News Corps's baby it's got the potential for right wing propaganda. I had no idea that the Christian right was picking out the songs now. To force all the contestants to sing that crap to an audience that has a large amount of non-Christians was BS. It's "Idol Gives Back", not "Idol's Christian Mission". Just because many of the great volunteers of our time have been there on behalf of religious groups (Mother Theresa much?), doesn't mean that everyone who volunteers or gives must love Jesus. There are Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, and Buddhist groups that all give time and money to people, but you never get a song for them, much less flat out propaganda. "We did good, praise Jeebus!!!" Sing crap like "We are the World" or something. I didn't turn on TV for Thursday night sermons.
Honestly though, we know that there are other parties at work when liars like Carly Smithson and no-talent-pretty-face people like Kristy Lee and Castro (even if they did have good weeks) stick around.

I think this site is beyond stupid. I had to check it out though and I see that you have put a lot of effort into screwing up a TV show. Why? Don’t you have anything better to do with your time? If you hate the show so much, don’t watch it. I am having a good laugh at you though…..being as how you can’t find any ONE contestant to single out! All the contestants are good this year. All I can say to you is that if it were you competing, would you want people trying to humiliate you? Evidently, you must have been raised in a family where there was no respect given to anyone. Such a shame. I do agree though with one thing. I do believe the judges tend to pick favorites, and try to sway the vote towards that person. But, then again, is that not what they are supposed to do? All three judges have succeeded in their own businesses and they know what sells records and makes money. And yes, it IS a popularity contest! Duh!!!! If it wasn’t, only the three judges would decide! I would suggest you close this website down and quit doing something negative…..try to do something positive. Hey, why not try to help raise money to send to the American Idol Fundraiser “American Idol gives back!”

A few weeks ago she had a big segment talking about how naturally talented she was and that she taught herself to play piano when she was 4 years old just by hearing a song - she could replay it and she just knew where the keys were. This week she mentioned that her piano teacher was in the audience.

Michael Johns was the second worst singer in the top 12 after Amanda Overmeyer and this proves that you have no idea what you are doing. So, I wrote a couple of weeks ago, defending VFTW's right to criticize, but criticizing them for low blowing Carly and for having too many ads.

Do whatever it takes, keep this site running! People need to be exposed to the truth! The more I read about Carly (and Kristy Lee for that matter), the more I become disgusted! These ho's (haha now I am stooping to the level of the haters..sorry!) had labels and record deals before Idol! I thought this show is supposed to be about finding new blood, the best of the best of the "up and coming" not the best of the worst of the "tried and failed"!
Okay, my apologies again, I went a little "!" happy...(but at least i can admit it.)
But seriously folks...take it from someone who started out hating this website, then understanding it, then appreciating and finally now supports it...
I have attempted the idol audition process. It is unfair, biased and totally ignorant. I have been singing my whole life as has my friend that i went to auditions with and we didnt even get a chance to sing-- for anyone. They told all these people to show up (for publicity) after they had already given out all of the possible "audition slots" to people like Carly "Smithson" and Kristy Lee Cook, who have already had their chance.
But don't feel bad for me...think about all of the people out there who have amazing voices that just never got the chance because they didn't know how to break in or didn't know the right people or couldn't afford to move to Cali. And then, these girls who've had their chance coming bouncing along and STEAL that one chance away from them. That is who you should be feeling sorry for. Not the Carly's of this world. in other words, way to go vftw!

I know, it's hard to think you are the smartest people in the world. You know more about music than any of the people on Idol. Even though they are rich and you are not. If it makes you feel better to call people scumbags for trying to have a singing career, then more power to you. I've been the smartest person in the room before and outgrew it.
