Brooke White is the New VFTW Pick!

I'm with Chilstone. Carly's the only one of the remaining contestants who would really damage AI by winning it all. Even Syesha has a better chance at commercial success than Carly; what the world doesn't need is another Celine wannabe with no talent and zero charisma. EACH of the others could find a niche.

On the other hand, I don't vote. Wouldn't if you paid me, so my opinion's meaningless. Still, I'd much rather see a Carly meltdown than a Brooke meltdown, which I think would be kinda sad (as opposed to hysterical).

Sanjaya? Teletubbies? WTF? I just see Brookeback and some guy in the flowers. Someone else said it wasn't Sanjaya but some dude named Garrett. So do I need more weed or what?

Come to think of it, it does look like Garrett, he's been in all the pictures. Check the picture with Simona s a cop and the ramiele version of the last samurai. He's in a lot more I'm guessing. Man, he does look hilarious.

Chillstone, I'm with you. I was the regional head of the Carly for VFTW campaign out on the east coast. Brooke is an awful pick. She's boring and will soon go home to her compound and her husband's co-wives. If they really wanted to mess with someone, it would be Carly. She would go off the deep end if she were the pick. Seriously VFTW gurus. If you're going to pull a Billary and ignore the popular vote (Castro) and pick someone randomly, make it Carly. Brooke is the AI version of John Kerrey. Oh wait, she's a mormon. I guess Mitt Romney.

No, we don't know it, mainly because we don't know her personally. What we have to go by is exactly what you have to go by, namely, how she acts on the show. If she presents herself as a basket case, then folks will think she's a basket case.

By the way, I would be more worried about what Simon and the other judges (except Paula, who called her a color or something) are saying to her. They have her right in their clutches on national television. That's a tad bit more humiliating, I believe.

Since I have not seen anyone mention this I thought I should -- Do any of you know that David Archuletta has a paralysed vocal chord and only sings with one? That is why he sounds like he is out of breath all the time. As an ex singer for a metal band in the 80's -- no you never heard of us, but i was pretty good in the day-- I have to commend him for sounding as good as he does. His voice is amazingly smooth and pleasent and I have to say I admire the kid for not letting losing one vocal chord stop him. He must have had to undergo lots of therapy to get his voice back, and really why bust on him so much when he sort of inspiring.

Yeah I know he is a dull singer w/o much charisma and I understand why he is an easy target, but really out of all of them he is the one I think has overcome the most-- esp when considering his stage dad-- poor kid. Now Carly is fair game, agreed 100% there. Anyway flame away I really do not care but I just though maybe you should consider his real handicap for someone in a singing competition.
My personal favorite, hmmmmm none, the funniest winner would be Jason Castro and if carly wins I will never watch AI again.
