I'm pretty sure it is. What are the chances that TWO things would happen to Jordin and hurt her career in a single day?

Good Lord! Vocal hemmoraging as a teen ager? She's too young, too inexperienced, and frankly too dumb to know how to really sing in a healthy way.
This could easily end her career - it's happened before. And it would be a shame if it were due to this crappy TV show shoving her out there before she was truly ready.
I'll be nice and say she certainly has potential, and she seems like a nice young lady - but come on already! Wake up people! This awful TV show is killing voices, and for what?
What happens if David A. wins at his young age? Another kid that I think actually stands a chance of doing something - after YEARS of legit training in school, where he should be right at this moment for that matter. I bet the strains put on him for touring, recording etc. could just as easily kill his voice as well.
Can anybody tell it just makes me furious? The bottom age limit needs to be seriously raised, as of yesterday...

Big deal. Plenty of singers have had to cancel tour dates because of similar problems. Chris Cornell has cancelled chunks of tour dates at least twice in his career. It seems people at VFTW have just as small a perspective on the music industry as those at AI.
American Idol is ruining voices? How so? They sing 1 song a week. I'm well aware that they practice and train and do group stuff, etc. But still, we are talking about people who perform 1 song a week. Real artists do up to 3 or 4 live shows per week which can entail as many as 20 songs a show. Many of them write music for albums during the tour. The "real world" of the music industry is much more physically taxing then freaking American Idol contestants. I get really sick of all these whiners on AI talking about how much work it is, how taxing, losing their voice, ect. Shutup! You are singing 1 cover song per week. Try doing 3 live shows a week, maybe 15-20 songs a show, in front of a rabid audience that is pushing you to your best. Oh, and probably writing and practicing additional music while on tour for upcoming albums.

For the record, David A. already has had vocal cord paralyis (despite his "legit" training). It was his AI sob story. Run it through the search engines; you will find gobs of info on it.
Which is also likely why all the "gasping" and "breathing"...which is apparently fairly common after self-healing, which his was.
This is also one reason (that and stage dad) that I think DA is up for a shock elimination in the Top 2-4 spot.

You know VFTW knows everything before anyone else does. So listen up when we say some news is going to come out that affects Jordin Sparks' career. And it actually made us feel kind of bad for her. Keep your eyes peeled in the news for this one.
HINT: The news about Jordin needing to rest her vocal chords is just the tip of the iceberg. It's not all out yet.
