I also liked how Seal blew Syscreecha right off the stage.

I don't care what you guys say, I freakin' LOVE George Michael!!! He totally stole the show!!!! I swear my clothes fell off the moment he walked on stage. Too bad these 12-year-old girls have no idea who he is!!!

And I'm glad David Cook won despite the judges' shitting all over him last night. It didn't work!!! LOL

I just hope David Cook is able to remain himself on his AI album and doesn't have to become a slave to the machine.... good luck!!!!

So I wonder why no celeb sang with Jason. He is top 5. I had to laugh out loud watching Amanda tonight. She was probably thinking what the hell am I doing here? I was thinking that Cook was the winner when I saw Simon and Randy on the red carpet eating their words. I don't think Paula knew who won but I think the two guys did. I know this may be far fetched but did you hear Ryan call Gaspy, Archie? And on the red carpet Randy called Cook, Cookie so maybe they do read the comments here.

Archie's dad stood and clapped politely. He really doens't have much to complain about.... they certainly gave Archie the "edge" last night. Archie's attitude was quite good.. he was just incredibly proud of his friend Cook. I bet some of that wore off on old Dad.

Did anyone else catch the funny moment of the night? When they were singing George Michael's "Father Figure," Stripper Hernandez actually got to sing the line about being naked, and smiled a big toothy grin to the camera! Nudge, nudge, wink, wink... Say no more!

Also, hate to break it to you guys, but my local news showed footage from the finale wherein Jeff Hitchoolater
was actually behaving very graciously, smiling and clapping for David Cook after the winner was announced. So, at least in public, he didn't go gonzo. Now on the other hand, I'd hate to be Lizard Boy at home tonight; I'm thinking it's gonna be like the interrogation scene in "Rambo" where they've got Stallone wired up to the electric bedsprings - Yikes!!

Oh, well. At least Archuleta can still try out for Honduran Idol.

Once again the DVR stops at 10:00 when Seacrest says, "The winner is David". Is Fox that hard up for money that they need those extra 5 commercials?
