JP is more reliable than the list we got via e-mail of course, so we'll say she's probably right. Felicia Barton is on this list, while she's not on the other one.
Edit: And just after we post this, we're now sure Felicia is not on the list. She's not in the top 36. Probably so some plant like Joanna could be.
