My Gawd, the list is so full of potential. Imagine some of these clowns singing some of these songs
Apoop with a touching version of the greatest country song every written - He Stopped Loving Her Today. I can only dream of the tear in his eye, the little wink when he delivers the twist, that he stopped loving her today, because that's the day he died. Of course he would slaughter it, but it's a great song, if you listen to the lyrics and see they way it's set up.
Spastic Megan in a stirring rendition of Folsom Prison Blues. During a raucous musical break between verses, she could do a prison walk dance step...
And of course Blind Scott milking the Parton classic 'I Will Always Love you ", Solo spotlight and the big string section as he holds those long aching notes in the chorus. I hope somebody sings "Celebrity" since the whole song is making fun of people who go on reality shows to become famous, the video TOTALLY mocks Idol and it came out around season 2 I think.

The Grand Ole Opry week includes only artists that are a member of the Grand Ole Opry. Want to know who those artists are?
