Extrapolating 88 million votes:
KRIS IS BEHIND ADAM BY 31+ MILLION VOTES
I call BS on their claim from this week that only a million separated the two. Sure, a million, plus another, plus another. They were just trying to keep the audience who thought Adam was too far ahead to catch. IMHO

annemarie...- You may be on to something. AI should try to be groundbreaking (meaning, copying from Nashville Star) and have both of them sing original songs that they wrote. Then Adam can do "Crawl Through Fire" and cause a Kris victory by scaring off some of his voters and pushing the fundies into a phone frenzy...this, in turn, would upset activists and give them more AI-is-anti-gay ammunition to destroy AI once and for all. That would be very entertaining on many levels. I like the way you think annemarieISawesome!

Well, according to the Official American Idol Fanpoll on myscrotum.com, only 32% are in favor of Adam Lambert winning American Idol. A staggering 64% are voting for "The Other Guy" and the remaining 8% don't give a rats ass who wins....must be Gokey fans. So, as you can see, there is a solid fanbase behind not-Adam winning the finale. And 60% of the time, this poll is accurate every time!

Kris fans are the reason most people think this show is a joke. If Kris wins, he will be no different than Taylor and all the other dead idols. Kris music is the same every week. He is so boring! If you have insomnia, listen to Kris. He will put you in a COMA! He is a mediocre karaoke singer. His vocals are strained, weak, and pitchy! EVEN SIMON SAID KRIS CAN'T SING!!! So what if he can play instruments, alot of people play instruments. Let him go on an instrument playing show. This is American Idol. He is no idol! SCOTT SINGS BETTER than Kris and he can also play instruments! At least Scott tried to be entertaining! Scott is more of an idol than Kris. I don't like Scott either. I'm only trying to prove a point with the instruments and vocals case. I think people are only voting for Kris because they think he's cute which is sad. He looks ok but he isn't all that. He is just a Jason Castro wannabe. Jason looks a million times better than Kris. Jason Castro is hot and he can also play instruments. Danny Gokey was robbed. I would have preferred Danny and Adam in the finale. It would have been better. They were the best singers. I hope Adam makes Kris look like a FOOL in the finale and leaves Kris in the dust. I will be laughing my butt off! Don't hold back Adam! Kris fans don't know true talent even if it swallowed them whole!

I think Kris is the one Idol wants to win. They've been pimping Adam all season long to make it a big upset when he loses, thereby adding "drama" to the show. Besides, all Danny's votes are going to go to Kris, because is Kris is basically Danny if Danny went on a diet and hadn't killed his wife.

I wanted Adam to win because it would be cool to have an openly gay Idol after all that has happened with Miss California and prop 8.
But after Dave's prescient choice of Scream On Danny, I've learned not to question him.

But most importantly, the show has become such a ridiculous vehicle to promote everything Adam Lambert, it has gotten sickening. Simon Cowell literally begged people to vote for Adam. The guest performers wear Adam's name on their clothing. Adam performs terribly and the judges praise it anyway. All the while, that other guy has been building a steady fanbase of people who are tired of doing what the show tells them they have to do. So we say vote for the other guy who blends into wallpaper. He may not be interesting, but VFTW's creed says we have to vote for the person the producers and audience would hate to see win. It's a long shot, but if the other guy pulls off the win, Adam Lambert's fans would be furious. The judges would be angry. The record execs would be forced to sign White Bread Guy. It's perfect. Adam will be signed by 19E whether he wins or not. Let's also force them to sign the other guy.
