I was doing my homework while watching the 5:00 news. I saw this and I had to stop doing my homework because I was laughing too much. hehe :) Thanks for the laugh Daddy Archie!

Depending on where you go of course, I find the NetWeb to be orders of magnitude more truthful than the mainstream media. It's not even close. In fact, if I had seen this Archuleta story on BubbleVision news first, I would have tended to not believe it until I could vet it on the Internet.

Speaking as a paralegal, the concept of 'No Contest' just means that you acknowledge that there's sufficient evidence for a conviction, but you are not actually admitting guilt. It's then up to the judge to decide what sort of punishment/fine would apply in the situation. The quick, painless (sorta) way out.
I'm no great fan of Archie, but I really do feel for the kid.
