She used the -a version and not the -er version. There's a difference. And she wasn't using it in a racist way. This really won't mater.

Yes, there is a difference. The -a version is a term some black people use for each other to "take back" that word. Eliza was imitating a black person. How is that not racist?

It's a shitty word to use, no matter WHO uses it, black, white, purple, or green. No one should use it, or any version of it, no matter how "cool" you think are.
Eliza seems to just ooze the classy.
I wonder if she'll use the Dog the Bounty Hunter defense: "I thought I was black, and I have learned, that I am not" or whatever he actually said.
