Someone posted on their LJ that these same losers show up for a lot of events. In this case, Adam being gay, just gave them more to protest. From an Adam fan board:
"Short update on the San Jose protest situation:
I posted about this whole clusterfuck in my lj, and a friend who lives nearby told me that there's a small group of religious nutjobs that protest *every* concert there for some reason or another. She saw them at Nine Inch Nails/Jane's Addiction. So, not WBC, not even especially about Adam. It's just that the gay gave them a new focus. They probably would have been out there no matter who was on the tour, yelling about "idolatry" (with no irony).
So yes, they are disgusting, but they did not come into existence just for this. "

These people make a living out of protesting , same group that protest soldier's funerals etc, their gig is they hope to create a confrontation with the public or police then they sue the city, town . police for not protecting them or their right to protest they have made quite a bit of money

Man, I was planning on going to an Idols show...before I knew a gay man was in it. I'm glad these good people made me aware of the huge mistake I was about to make!
What a train wreck of a couple. Disgusting...even if they're not protesting specifically against Adam...they just need lives. They're pretty grody.

I was at this concert yesterday and I saw other protesters as well. They were protesting AT&T, though.

Are these those Phelps morons that protest the soldiers funerals and stuff?
Last year, when there was the shooting at NIU, a group of those creeps came to protest the funerals of the kids that were got in the class. It was all over our local papers and a huge group of people went to the protests to block the idiots so the families of the kids killed wouldn't have to see the shitheads saying their kid deserved to be shot because of people being too tolerant of gay people or something.
