So, as I understand it, he's saying the solution to global warming is to first 'woof' like the dogs that men are in their heart of hearts, and report to the dance floor. Then we are to check out the fine ladies doing what fine ladies do in trying situations like this. After engaging in a suitable period of appreciation, the message and lyrics become somewhat unclear to me. But presumably a clever man will exploit the situation to convince the aforementioned fine ladies of the advantages of engaging in a one night stand. For tomorrow we die, and all that. Of course, since global warming is a load of crap, this process can be repeated night after night.
I guess I've heard worse.
