I can't get over how horribly cliched those lyrics are. They're almost too bad for an Idol alumn's first record but their second? That's preposterous

Listening to it brought me the painful memory of the lyrical content included in 'No Boundaries', and whaddya know? Writer: Kara DioGuardi. Co-writers: David Hodges and Mitch Allan, aka writers of other crap songs recorded by Idol tards including Daughtry, Blake Lewis and now Katharine.
Why does she care so little about her reputation to fail again with more terrible music? There's no way to have any true artistry with this generic garbage that is written by such talentless people. I feel bad for her, honestly. She really seems to believe this is edgy, soulful music and she couldn't be any more wrong.
