Daddy did tell him he had to win Star Search or Daddy would divorce Mommy....maybe this is Daddy's way of saying he's disappointed cashcow didn't win Idol?
Hopefully Mommy gets custody of all the kiddies, including Gaspy. Or he gets sent to a safe place away from the money grubbing relatives.

Gaspy's passport says he's 18 (although he's about a third of that in mental age) so isn't he legally an adult now?
Any way, I don't know what judge would give Psycho Stage Daddy custody.

Jeff has probably been fucking David since David was single digits. Now David must be tired of being the concubine and is preasuring Jeff into "putting a ring on it", so thus Jeff has to divorce so he can make an honest woman out of David.

No judge in their right frame of mind would give Jeff the kids, especially if Lupe brings up the Idol crap that Jeff pulled. The only way she loses this is if she has an incredibly incompetent attorney.
