wait for the very last sentence followed by her goofy smile. easy to see her intentions: fame and publicity. if she can't beat o'reilly then how is she going to convince a judge or a jury? what a douche. |

| That is hilarious. They are making a bigger deal about this than any other season. I say this is the biggest season yet. I am so vitong for Sanjaya, completely to blame for this website. But it's not illegal. Sanjaya will go far. Go Sanjaya. |

It will never to court. The contestants that were voted off (receiving the least amount of votes not our fault) will not have an opportunity to get a recording contract. We all know she is wrong. There were numerous of non-winners of American Idol that got a recording contract and one even won an Oscar. Furthermore, the people who got voted off because people are voting for Sanjaya are getting exposure on a television show that millions of people are watching. Out of those millions of people watching, a few are recording executives. Like it is said countless of times, if they are good enough they will get a contract. Also why Howard Stern and VFTW.com? There are other websites that supoort other contestants as well. Why are their names not on a lawsuit? Are those websites not telling their visitors to spam votes for their chosen one? This is why it will not go to court. Another thing, how are we disrupting the day to day business of American Idol. For voting for Sanjaya, who they put in the top 24?!?! American Idol tells us to vote for our favorite, not the best. I know why the lawyer is so sue happy, she doesn't like this kid. I bet her favortie was Stephanie and she was pissed she lost. Political ads that attack a person's charcter or how they voted in the past are protected by the 1st Amendment. They all say vote for me not my opponent. What is the difference for VFTW or Howard Stern to say vote for Sanjaya? |

| The weird thing is, I actually liked the sound of the 4 seconds of Sanjaya's singing they played in this clip. Am I going crazy or did they go out of their way to find the only 4 seconds that don't sound bad? |

Oh, this is beyond stupid. For crying out loud, people HERE can't even agree with each other on who the REAL worst one is. Some say Haley, some say Chris R, some say others. And my GOSH, did she READ the little thing on the front page of this website? It doesn't say "You're all getting very sleepy...you're under VFTW's spell...now VOTE FOR SANJAYA!" Nope, it expressly says that VFTW merely ENCOURAGES everyone to vote for Sanjaya! No intimidation, no threats, no promises of great wealth if you do. Just a simple encouragement. Sheeeesh. By the way, if you go to AmericanIdol.com and go to the downloads, have a listen to little Sanjaya's stuff. It sounds GOOD! Go listen for yourself, I'm not making it up! He has a good voice, it just never shines through on the show is all. |

This is hysterical. On The O'Reilly Factor, civil litigator Danielle Aidala makes incredibly stupid arguments about how she could sue this website. The arguments are actually even stupider than the rationale from the 12 year olds who write to us, so it's a pretty funny way to waste five minutes if you're bored. __________________________
