I don't believe he has ever claimed it as being his original interpretation. In fact, he is generally very good about acknowledging who did the arrangement (when TPTB give him time to).

Yes that review does reek of fantard. Personally I had them ranked (best to worst)...

2. Danny (and it pains me to have him that high because I can't f-ing stand him)

I honestly think this was Adam's worst performance by a mile and I actually wasn't a bit surprised to see him in the Bottom 2. I'm hoping next week Danny does horribly and gets voted off, but he'll probably just do the mediocre-singing-resulting-in-exaggerated-praise routine that has gotten him this far. I'm actually pulling for an Allison or Kris upset at this point. Adam is far too much of a producer's mega-pimped plant for me to take a liking to.
