Between Pauler, Gwen, and PWE, this has got to be the most VFTW results of the season. With the exception of Megan Joy's flight to the benches.

I am SO glad Danny scored a spot in the Final 3 because we need to make sure that he wins!!!!!

So make sure that you DON'T VOTE FOR ADAM because he really is the worst and he sucks!!!!! That annoying screaming of his has gotten SO OLD!!!! and SO ANNOYING!!! We are all SO OVER IT!!!

as for the rest of the show.....I didn't think my ears could handle any more of an assault after Gokey last night but I was proved wrong by them making it through Pauler and No Doubt and the godawful group number.....it was like a bad acid trip.....who gave Pauler a microphone and allowed her to do anything more than sit in front of it with her sippy cup and talk about rainbows, butterflies and Allison having the same special sauce as Adam? I really did almost hold out hope that they'd pull a Daughtry and kick Glambert to the curb, thereby paving the way for Hokey to sail through and make the worst. idol. record. ever. (and he'd have some SERIOUSLY large shoes to fill following the likes of Jodrin and Taylor and Fantasia and Ruben and etc etc etc) but we lost Allison.....good luck to you honey at least now you're away from Gropey

That said, one thing I loved was how Chris Daughtry said he didn't want to be a solo artist. He wanted to be in a band, that's his thing, yo.

Which is why he named his band... Daughtry. And which is why he's the only member of the band who can be recognized on the cover of "their" album (the others *might* be there... there are some blurry people in the background). And why he's practically the only person talking. Yes, we believe you, Chris. You don't want to be a solo artist. You just want to behave like a solo artist in every way except that you say "we" instead of "I" some of the time. I guess it's an attempt to get people to think he's less egotistical than he is? And yet it fails, since naming your band Daughtry actually seems more egotistical than just being a "solo performer." Maybe his excuse is that for some arbitrary reason, solo performers can't have a consistent backing band that they collaborate with. And being a solo performer diminishes the contribution of this backing band. Except for when you name your band after yourself, thus taking back all the credit and attention for yourself anyway.

And yes, that clip of Daughtry being eliminated is quite amusing.

My thoughts exactly, Chan. Teehee. Daughtry is an annoying douchebag who should stop stealing songs from Nickleback's recycle bin. Can't stand him. At all.

Gwen Stefani fails. I love No Doubt, but Gwen sucks on her own.

I still think Danny's reasonably talented despite the scream. Its not his thing lol. I was hoping they showed it again.

How could you neglect to mention how Danny was looking at Allison when she sang her swan song? Pervkey.

I had a hard time believing Dead Wife was the right choice until the scream, at which point I had to admit Dave was a god for picking him. And more than just some stupid rock god. That was an outright Pastafarian pick. Or Cuthulan, perhaps.

But in my weaker moments I find myself wondering if Kris isn't a better worster choice. Heck, I was thinking Allison was a good choice, so what do I know. But didn't it just piss off everyone to see that Kris was safe?

Nothing really matters until the final, I'd say. Then either Adam is there to be opposed, or VFTW has already won.

Yeah, all the comments on Daughtry are right on the money. In fact, his new turd of a song was co-written by the self blowing(http://www.poplife.biz/?p=45410) genius lead singer of Nickelcrack, Chad Kroeger.

Despite all the smug assertions about Gokey, he seemed to at least have a sense of humor about sucking last night. I also think he's going to try to at least compete with Lambert. I don't think Kris or Allison are confident/cocky enough to pull that off.
