Holy fucking shit. That was the worst song I have every heard. the best part was Kara channeling Gokey and applauding stupidly for herself as if hearing poor Adam massacre it with a chainsaw and then put it through a meat grinder. This was the first performance of Adam's that I hated with a passion. And I like the guy a lot.

I truly pity the guy who has to put this bullshit in their already producer shat on album.

A lot of busies have to do with the local supplier!

When voting for Mark and Chipmunk last year I barely never had any busies on my land line and many busies on my cell phone because I had 2 different suppliers.

Some thoughts...

Fun fact: In season 5, TPTB were going to force both Kat Pee and Taylor to sing "My Destiny." In a smart decision, Taylor absolutely refused to sing that shitfest, and so the slightly less crappy "Do I Make You Proud" was given to him.

Now, why didn't at least one of the two stand up to TPTB and refuse to sing that absolute dog of a song? It boggles the mind that neither of them would gather what little artistic integrity they have left and decide not to sing about rainbows, butterflies, and the weather.

Another fun fact: In season 7, Blake wanted to attempt to rearrange "This Is My Now", although there was not much that could be done with the song, but the producers said no to even changing the key so he could sing it. He gave up in the middle and started saying the lyrics instead of singing them, and Jordin bleated her way through the song and sounded equally horrible and pitchy.

Hmmm... I'm seeing some parallels. Both "This Is My Now" and "No Creativity" had awful lyrics, both did not suit either contestant, and both sets of finalists were screwed over by TPTB's irrational rule against rearranging the final song. The band rearranges it in the studio anyway, so why not cut out the middleman?

The careers of the winners will continue to become laughingstocks for a long while yet unless TPTB realize that the cheesy coronation songs hurt them instead of help them.

Kara especially was underutilized. Sure, she quickly threw together a crap song when she heard Danny would be in the final 3, but she would have been much better used as the finalists' last mentor, helping them write their own winners' single. I think Kris and Adam would have a better idea of what they want to sing than Kara.

Prof Dave you made me laugh so hard I had to get out my inhaler. Thanks for the great wrap ups. BTW what is the rumor that Kris and Adam are more than friends off set? Ooooh, I'd love to see a video clip of that: Sodom meets Moses. And for Closet Crest to say "Simon is wearing buttons" was actually funny. Making $36 million a year on this show and all he can wear are v-neck sweater shirts, shameful. And his ex gets mugged near the Nokia last night. Bet she couldn't scream for help with that raspy assed voice. That "No Boundaries" pretty much sums up the song, no boundaries for tasteless non talent. Just when I was relieved there was no background Black church choir as usual, now I was hoping for one compared to that train wreck dreck song. Is Randy's dresser Helen Keller? How can he have any credibility looking like a retard? Ooops sorry, politically correct would be "special needs". I gave Adam one vote, and Kris about 50. Like the rest I am tired of the screech from Hell. And if someone has been a paid professional before why are they allowed on this show? Did Kris think it would hurt his homeboy image if he shaved and dressed nicely? Just too clean? If Adam wins the big buck$ maybe he can get some deep cleansing facials (protein? ha) to get rid of that horrid pancake makeup that makes his skin look even worse. I don't care which one wins as I won't be buying any of their music. Prof Dave you rule!

Mitch Allan help co-write that horrible song?? Yuck, that kinda makes me lose a lot of respect for him... he's from my hometown and I used to love his band SR-71, but I can't believe he helped write that drivel...
