And yes, drinking is a major part of the culture here.

But Tyler didn't appear as off his tree as last week - the arms flinging around like he was having a seizure.....he's certainly loving the audience reaction, so he's not as muddled as last week. But I still think he was drunk, or had some sort of brain injury as a child, to flick his head around like that, let alone just move like that!

You know, for different reasons I may even like Tyler MORE than Sanjaya. Hard to imagine, but very very possible.

Perhaps his total disregard for authority coupled with a clear mission to eliminate as many brain cells as possible before he turns 25 makes me relate to him on a fundamental level.

I wonder if he will remember that he even appeared on this show when it's over? My guess is...probably not.
