I don't know about that... Jaydee may be allowed to stay for a while because it helps the viewership and hence the advertising revenue (up to a point). I find it really suspicious that Tara went so early... I think CI is sick and tired of the "Newfie effect" and arranged her departure as early as they thought they could get away with. The previous week where their favorites were all in the bottom could have been for drama - after all, they're going to have to sacrifice two out of the three eventually.

I cast a lot of votes for Jaydee, but I also was voting lots for Tara, not the least because there is a Newf-bashing odour amongst Worsters I detect that really annoys me. Voting for both was my little way of saying "a pox on both your houses." I'm bitter about Tara going, I don't know if I'll feel motivated to vote at all next week :P. I'm not convinced there's any real point to voting - at most I think the producers take the votes under advisement.

Not all Worsters have the Newf-bashing odour. We shower regularly. Just want to set that record straight!

You have a right to be upset with those who do, but like all large groups, please do not make generalizations about all of us because of the actions of a few. Some of us are supportive of our VFTW candidate without negatively attacking others.

Newfie, we didn't like the fact that Tara lied about her origins. She's from Toronto, has a tiny link to Newfoundland and milked it shamelessly. I'd have preferred her to be honest.
