Get the tinfoil out and wrap it three times around your head. Fill a jug with water and go sit beside the power outlet. Take that nail you always keep in your pocket and shove it in the power and, at the same time, dump the water over your head. Count backwards from ten and very soon you will see it.....

Taylor, actually we do understand that contestants are massively edited and presented however the show wishes to present them. We also make fun of everybody around here without partiality. If you get that and can take the heat, welcome!

I just finished watching the first episode...my first CI ever. I must say, I was quite entertained. The judges have a wide array of comments they come up with to make, and all appeared (in the little montage at the start) to have an assortment of clothes to wear too. How refreshing! I also liked the honesty at the start when they admitted that “we’re just cruel enough to put them on TV”...which is why we all watch anyway.

One question, have they always had the concert to entertain the hopefuls at the auditions or is this something new we can expect AI to steal next season?

And to all the contestants who appear to be coming here to comment on comments, welcome and either good luck or sorry, depending on how your initial audition went. CI is clearly more fun than AI because it doesn't take itself so seriously and knows that it is about entertainment, and is not some fake pretentious star-making factory.

I look forward to next week's auditions and your recap STP...should be a terrific addition to my summer!

I think they did one last year with Eva Avila and Katharine McTits. I'm sure everyone got their share of screeching, and then some.
