Quote : Carl at God's Big Drive Thru Posted Jan 19th 2008 4:56PM by TMZ Staff Carl N. Karcher, founder of the Carl's Jr. hamburger chain, has died. When TMZ went for lunch today, we were given the below obit. "Here's your burger and our boss died. Enjoy your meal!"
Quote : Frontiere Kicks It Posted Jan 18th 2008 6:53PM by TMZ Staff TMZ has learned Rams owner Georgia Frontiere has died in L.A. Frontiere inherited the Rams when her husband, Carroll Rosenbloom died while swimming. There were unsubstantiated rumors that he drowned in a hot tub with Frontiere. A St. Louis native, she moved the team there and the team later won a Super Bowl. A rep for the family tells us that Georgia died at UCLA Medical Center.

Quote "Testicles": http://www.tmz.com/2008/01/18/brad-renfro-the-last-tattoo/ Quote : Brad Renfro died this week at the age of 25. The L.A. County Coroner tells TMZ Brad had a freshly inked tattoo across his back, that read, "F*CK ALL Y'ALL (asterisk added). Possibly a clue to Brad's dark mood in the final days. Renfro got the tattoo on Sunday. His body was found Tuesday. shouldn't laugh, but that's almost as bad as Penis With Ears' Best.Suicide.Note.Ever. eta: RIP Suzanne Pleshette

Suzanne Pleshette was a beautiful lady. I loved her work, especially in Alfred hitchcock's The Birds. She will be missed.

Quote "Smartie": Woah! The National Enquirer was right! I think the Enquirer sends interns to the homes of the ailing celebrities to smother them with a pillow to make sure their headlines are always right. Carl from Carl's Jr. is (was) a grade-A asshole who favored extreme right-wing anti-gay causes. And his company gave Paris Hilton gainful employment with the world's sluttiest hamburger ad a few years ago, so I can't shed any tears for him.

That has me torn: I really like their Burgers (Carls and In and Out are the only fast food burgers round here worth eating) and their Green Burrito rocks. Oh well, if I was going to boycott every corporation I disagreed with, I'd have to go live at the North Pole and exist on diet of seal blubber.

I'm glad I'm not the only morbid person who had that exact same though I woke up in Port Charlotte, Florida, grabbed a local paper to read while I enjoyed a Waffle House breakfast, saw Suzanne's obit, and all I could think was, "did I keep her on my final list, could I possibly be in first place?" I raced to the other coast of Florida to log on to a computer at a public library in Deerfield Beach where I have Computer Card, but all the libraries and banks are closed for Martin Luther King's birthday. I paid $5 at a local hotel for 33 minutes of computer access. Thanks to Deb for red-lighting Vee Eff Tee Dubya and me on the original post; I red-lighted Suzanne in the second post. I'll probably be away from a comuter for another week, but I would be very grateful to any celebrities on my list if they, like the thoughtful and wonderful Suzanne Pleshette, would die.

Quote : Christian Brando Dies Posted Jan 26th 2008 5:55PM by TMZ Staff Marlon Brando's oldest son, Christian Brando, died early this morning at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, David Seeley, a lawyer for Marlon Brando's estate confirmed to the AP. He was 49. Brando had been in the ICU since January 11 for pneumonia. Seeley said the family had no funeral plans yet, adding, "This is a sad and difficult time for the family." Christian had a minor roles in a few movies, but his real life was far more compelling; he went to prison for voluntary manslaughter in the death of his half-sister's boyfriend, Dag Drollet. He also was accused by Robert Blake's defense attorneys of having a role in Bonnie Lee Bakley's murder. Bonnie had originally named Brando as the father of her child with Blake. Sources tell us that Brando had most recently been working in construction under a pseudonym. Seeley said Brando was unmarried at the time of his death and had no children.

Quote : JAKARTA, Indonesia - Former dictator Suharto, an army general who crushed Indonesia's communist movement and pushed aside the country's founding father to usher in 32 years of tough rule that saw up to a million political opponents killed, died Sunday. He was 86. "He has died," Dr. Christian Johannes told The Associated Press, adding that he died at 1:10 p.m. Dozens of doctors on Suharto's medical team had been rushed to the Pertamina Hospital in the capital, Jakarta, after his blood pressure fell suddenly Saturday night. Suharto had slipped out of consciousness for the first time in more than three weeks of treatment, doctors said. Suharto had been in intensive care with lung, heart and kidney failure since he was admitted to the hospital on Jan. 4. Over the past week his physicians had spoken of a recovery, but by Sunday that had changed dramatically. Suharto, who led a regime widely regarded as one of the 20th century's most brutal and corrupt, has lived a reclusive life in a comfortable villa in downtown Jakarta for the past decade. He had been in and out of the hospital several times since being toppled by a pro-democracy uprising during the 1997-1998 Asian financial crisis for heart problems and internal bleeding. Historians say up to 800,000 alleged communist sympathizers were killed during Suharto's rise to power from 1965 to 1968. His troops killed another 300,000 in military operations against independence movements in Papua, Aceh and East Timor. Suharto's poor health had kept him from facing trial, and no one has been punished for the killings. Corruption watchdog Transparency International has said Suharto and his family amassed billions of dollars in stolen state funds, allegations the family is fighting in court.

Seems these last 2 deaths kinda make up for the previous two. Maybe there IS some justice in the world. I'm a harsh bitch, aren't I?
