I recently entered a Parent Blog naming contest on the Huffington Post.

The winner will receive an all expenses paid 3 day 2 night trip to New York for themselves and their guest where they will get to tour the news room and meet the journalists culminating in dinner & drinks with Lisa Belkin and ARIANNA HERSELF !!!! ZOMG

...have I ever mentioned that nine out of ten of my daydreaming fantasies begins with my wife, Arianna, and a lot of drinking?

Anyhow, it'd also be an awesome opportunity for us to visit our much loved but seldom able to visit little brothers who live in Manhattan and Vermont respectively so I'm reduced to begging here.

Anyhow, the winning name will ultimately be decided upon by Lisa, Arianna, and a small panel, however, user input and comments favorable to a particular entry can't hurt so what I'm asking is that if any of you have accounts there or visit the site if you could perhaps gush over the awesomeness/cleverness/that's coolness! of my entry which is featured among the 'contenders' so far.

My entry name up for consideration is 'Readily A Parent'.

Yeah not the pithiest or punniest but it's gotten better reception than my others (Not Readily A Parent & 'Parently so...)but the 'leader in the clubhouse seems to be 'Parenthesis' (LAME!!!) so generating some excitement or buzz about my entry might just be able to land me the prize.

...and if I win I PROMISE I will make Arianna hold a VFTW sign for pics and ask her to send a shout-out of some sort. Pretty please?
