I'd be surprised if they have the money for the ad let alone trips... The myspace says they changed it to http://www.myspace.com/mybowlad which last logged in about a month ago. I messaged the winner from Ottawa on Youtube, no response yet. It did say he was online though. But due to all his medical problems it may take him a long time to write a message.

New Myspace just as unprofessional as the last. I think this may be Mark Timms? Myspace page. He was online today. Hopefully the trip is still on but I dunno...the more I see of this trio the less I believe they have a clue what they?re doing. They look to be three guys with film and dotcom aspirations who dreamt up a plan to market and make a Superbowl ad, not knowing how difficult it would be. They even tried an ebay auction. Just an aside; other than o_o?s asking the Ottawa winner if he?s had better luck with MyBowlAd, I think we should let Smartie do any contacting until/if she says otherwise.

Hey nice work everyone! Thank you for the effort, tis really appreciated. I was Googling them last night and came across a news article from April detailing this little venture, and it said they needed to raise the $2.7 million by August 1st. According to the MBA site, they've only sold those 5 2 second spots, however they've not updated it in quite some time. I'll go contact this chap on MySpace, have a talk with him and see what he says. F.A.G. - as far as I have found, this is the first year they've tried this, so technically there are no past winners, only the group of us they've been collecting since the start of the year. I think I will contact the others later today, ask them what contact, if any, they've had. And what promises they've had made to them, if they were to be paid for attendance etc. ETA - I sent Mark the email I have sent Evan and CCed to him last week, via MySpazz

Funny how he doesn't complain about MBA getting al this extra publicity. He was CCed all the emails. Funny how he didn't get those. Do the few advertisers who have given him any money realise this ad may not get on the air this decade? I'll give him a day to respond to me. Then, it's war. Or something evil. I don't know what yet. Something is definitely up between Mark Timms and his cohorts. There?s a conspicuous absence of both Evan and Robert on his Myspace friend list and that of MyBowlAd. He may speak the truth when he says they?re no longer associates. It is possible ? though it would be stupid of him ? that he deletes emails from his former pr man Evan without even reading them first. Though if this is the case, he?d better pull down that primary MBA web site and find out exactly what his former partners were up to. He can?t just pretend MBA is starting fresh with no baggage from 2007. MBA is an ill-conceived project that tried to do too much without a budget. Methinks Smartie can either wait a year or two for a possible trip [!] or seek her revenge. Her call.
