I'm glad April is gone. She kept making the same atrocities she made during her season. Total amateur hour.

All-star? Not!

As much as I love Mondo's jacket, the Goddess Austin should have won this week hands down. He also delivered my favorite line of the night

Michael's looked much better on the mannequin than on the model. He got lucky the other guy refused to follow challenge rules.

Although it didn't lead to exceptional amounts of drama, I appreciated the flexible-spending aspect of this week's challenge. Twisty but not stupid or embarrassing.

Finally, a little Kenley action: her flitting around the workroom in everyone else's business, her dying at the striptease in the park, and my second favorite bon mot of the evening, Anthony saying she was too loud.

Wow, this last episode was like opposite world. The 4 designers I thought would be at the top were at the bottom, so one of my final 4 had to go.

I thought Remi was a finalist since they loved him so much in his season. Guess I was wrong.

^^ I just watched it too.

What killed Remi was the boob seam on the top. His jacket was wonderful and should have won him a pass.

Austin's pants were wonderful, but his top was very 'church lady'.

Overall, I would have eliminated Kara. She is so literal. Those clothes look like the knit, wrinkle-free stuff they sell at Chico's for rolling up in your weekend carry-on.

Kenly is a one-trick pony! And somebody give that girl a decongestant to clear up her nasal passages while talking!!!

Remi definitely did not have the worst design this week. Robbed

I agree. It was definitely her turn to leave, and she would've been out if it wasn't for the "fashion face-offs" format of this episode.

And yes, Kenley is super repetitive. It's almost time for her to leave too.

Kara's gone, Mondo won, all's right in my PR world!

Michael C actually looked decent this week without his Bob's Big Boy(or Lard Lad) 'do and with a bit of scruff. He should keep that look.

All of them were doing something funky with their hair.

Kenley going to the theatre in rollers?!? The Southern Girl in me was like ONYD. My mama would have snatched her bald.

But for me I would have been happy if either Mila or Kara had gone home. And Kara did go home. Whew.

Mondo deserved the win.

Mondo's outfit was visually stunning but I understand that it was modified for the actual Broadway costume. (Btw, my fav family, the Duggars ...well, just JimBoob and Mullethead...went to see Godspell when they were in NYC last week. I bet it was nothing like they expected. *smirk* )

I saw Jesus Christ Superstar when it came through town year before last. I can remember the furor that went on when it first came out, but I was a kid and was never going to be taken to see it. The movie sucked but I've always loved the soundtrack.

Back on topic, I am surprised that it took so long for them to do a Broadway challenge. And I am glad Mondo won it.

Of all of these guys, the only ones whose clothes I have coveted are Remi and Mondo.

Jerrell and Kenely make decent outfits, but I wouldn't wear them. Michael C and Austin are there as personalities.

Almost seemed like Mila was mad she didn't get kicked off last week, so she worked extra hard to come up with a fucked up looking schizo design to guarantee herself last place.

^^ Yeah. I think she was just tired of the BS and wanted to go home.

And her dress was funky - would not buy.

I see the all star designers didn't even try to hide their disdain for the show. The generic spoiler is coming true: the designers were pissed off and eventually said fuck it when they realized who the pre-ordained winner would be. Good for them. Intentionally shitty clothes are entertaining. Clap

Damn, is that really the rumor? shock

It would explain a few things. Regardless, I'm still watching. I like PR too much to miss a season, even if it's underwhelming.

When I saw that this show was going to be on and who was on it, I thought "Is this a way for them to crown Mondo and rectify the error of Gretchen?"

Rather immature to not bring your best when you are 1) on national tv and 2) have your own fan base who would hate to see you throw the contest. And I am talking to Remi cuz I'm still upset about the boob seam that got him kicked off.

I'm not a Mila fan, but she wasn't even trying. Everything she did was to get into safety. Why did she even bother?

Thanks to Kenley for making the antics somewhat watchable. I guess Michael was supposed to bring the drama again this season, but he's just been a boring douche bag. Yawn.

I just don't get this show sometimes...

At the very heart of the challenge this week was the "black lighting" aspect of the runway, but rather than calling Austin out for not incorporating any sort of black light fluorescing materials into his design whatsoever... they hand him the win for "taking a different approach" than all of the other contestants?!
