Been lurking around here for the past couple weeks.. heard about your site a long time ago and finally decided to check it out. This place is absolutely hilarious. My humor is very fucked up and/or "against the grain" so I enjoy this place a lot.

Before I go on I jsut want to let you know that I'm only a semi-worster.. I watch AI (as well as its knock offs) not just for hilariously bad stuff, but also because I find some of the contestants to be legitimate singers/performers. Don't worry I won't fantard it up.. too much

They all start that way but eventually give up and become full-out Worsters.

AI has never been a show I've taken seriously (praise ceiling cat), but after putting up with year after year of fuckery, the endless parade of crap singers, the tired-ass retreads sung over and over, the bullshit machinations of the "judges," and, of course, the utter lunacy of the fantards, sparkle cows, and other assorted fuckwits, I reached that place where the only redeeming value of this trainwreck is that it's a goldmine of snark.

I'd heard about VFTW on other boards for several years but only recently decided to take a lookie-loo for myself. The snark here has been the reading equivalent of an ice-cold margarita on an August afternoon -- incredibly refreshing, with a sharp bite, followed by a euphoric glow and a desire for more...

"OriginalCyn" was a nickname I had in college, which was eventually shortened to O.C., which is much easier to type. I'm still getting a feel for how things work here, but I hope to soon be joining in on the fun.
