So here is a letter from sweet ol Jane whom the VFTW minions declare to be so long winded. Have you ever read Smartie's homepage? Talk about longwinded! So next paragraph starts Jane's letter.

They are saying "old hags" like me, Candice, and Debra are dying to do this spanking thing and that we are going nuts over his post and that it was a bad, bad mistake for him to say that to the nuts on his myspace and implying most of us are dangerous and crazed. They are being real a#*holes over at the site that hates idol and now fans of idol contestants in this case, Josiah's fans (vftw)

Josiah is apparently reading all the hateful things being said over there especially about a girl he befriended and her family (don't say her name as we don't want her to know and get her feelings badly hurt). What they are doing to her and extending the bashing to involve people she loves is completely unacceptable, cruel , and a severe violation of the golden rule.

They are surely inviting negative karma to themselves and they're tripping over themselves to out-mean and out-cool the others and all it does is show what sheep they are in a conformist community made up of nonconformist pretenders..conformists doing the group rules to the max in order to be accepted. It is laughable to true non-conformists. Josiah even posted there a few days ago, so he is reading and he mentioned how it was "classic" of them to bash both "the people drooling over him" and the troublemakers alike

For one, I don't care for being described as "drooling over him" and two I think this will eventually reach a big war if the site does not lock the thread or delete the hate posts..already one fan has signed on trying to defend herself and they are bashing her like crazy. she has posted an angry response on his myspace as she is upset with them randomly assaulting people with their words used as weapons.

Josiah should more fear becoming like them than any physical harm he might supposedly get from us, his fans who have nothing but love for the guy for the most part. This is if he accepts and assimilates into his own mind their miscalculated (but calculating) assessments and perceptions of his fans on myspace. They are possible downright scaring him..to warn him of harm coming from Candice -who spent all week on her wonderful gift- is beyond ludicrous.

Josiah if you read this, Candice is a wonderful person and one of your bigger fans. I spoke with her a few times on instant message for several hours and she is a mom and a nice person. Even though she lives closeby your parent',s I am certain from talking to her she not only is not dangerous to you, but she is protective of you and others. She has a true heart for the suffering of your mom. She and Angela and others have been slandered and deeply hurt and angered by these people who live there life's hurting others in attempt to raise their own esteem. This should make you angry even to speak up.

If what you told Angela and the press about why you doing and do what you do, the reason,(helping others) then you need to truly evaluate if maintaining friendships with people mocking those who are trying to feel better by following your career and listening to you are at the same time they are being helped by liking you they being hurt in equal amount due to them loving you and being badmouthed for it.

You may be bashed yourself or you may be hurt for saying something to VFTW about how this hatred and bashing needs to stop and make a choice

whether you truly care about helping people, especially the hurting or whether you want to be silent when their support for you is not reciprocated and indirectly causes them harm. It is not you saying the bad things and you saying it is unacceptable or leaving the site to post somewhere less hostile to people may not make them stop or even stir them up at first but in the long run each of us will stand and give an account for the things we did in this life..

Isn't it within the realm of possibility that God, seeing the tears someone might shed as a result of what people on VFTW said about them, might one day, say to you, Josiah "I was being mocked and hurt and criticised and you ignored it, you said nothing to try to stop it" and you say when did I do that lord and he replies whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers that you do to me." You might say I can't get involved but walking on both sides of the fence in life wastes what we could do with them..there comes a day in the course of a man's life where he is called upon to chose which side he will align himself with..good or evil.

I know you pride yourself on making your own decisions and doing whatever you please, as someone who has done things that years later became widespread trends (ahead of my time) and having foresight and insight, I predict this site is going to cost you fans and harm you in reflecting badly on you as they drew more fans into the cruel comments (and they pick the ones with more clout and obsession and these are the ones who do things to promote you more so you don't want to lose those fans with true fervor) but as they draw more people into bashing, this is going to possibly spread and invoke more..some will be upset that you do not step in to defend them and ask that it stop or else leave the site and you risk losing fans who are bothered by your association with the site was said such awful things about them for liking you.

Your fans may get the impression you don't like them when you make comments like revealing what you really think such as "where do these people come from" (the reporter) and admit you lied to him about where you were going to dish him..they may start wondering if you might do the same to them. things like this are better left unsaid or said to trusted friends. People are getting their feelings hurt for liking you and you who they also insulted (but to a lessor degree) should know this stuff hurts and not be all chummy with people who may be nice to you and your mom but hurt others. This makes it seem you might agree with this practice even if you don't

Although it may lose you some of the VFTW fans, if you spoke up bravely and said..hey, I don't like this bashing of my supportive fans and stepped up to the plate, it would really raise you up so high in the eyes of the fans who would appreciate knowing not only do you take a risk with your music but with potential being bashed for doing the right thing and doing unto others. What an opportunity to be a role model to the young on there and mad the older ones feel the young are doing a pretty good job..to see you stand up for the downtrodden and harmed, to see you express nonconformity to that site, to see you act like a man of courage and nobility and heart would be such an example..to say hey I like you guys but I will not remain here unless this stuff is retracted and stopped as I support my fans as they have supported me. If you, Josiah, want to show that you are remaining connected and down to earth and care about others, no better opportunity to do some good could fall in your lap. You must ask yourself --do you have the character, the heart and the stones to step up to the plate and speak out boldly.

You know at least somewhat what both Angela and I have been through, do you feel it is right to reward people with your presence and posts when they harm people who life has kicked the shit out of. These people are bullies..pure and simple.. With your having been insulted by bullies and cruel people in your childhood, I should think, Josiah, you would understand. did you hang around the bullies and bashers with mean words as a kid..well. why now??

did you go along to get along...well why now....did you admire those people who ganged up on the defenseless or want to kick the shit out of them..we don't kick the shit out of people when we grow up much; therefore, one must use their words to call wrong wrong!! I hope the words "I'm so proud to tell you all that I'm a man" now takes on a symbolic meaning for you. Somehow I thought you might demonstrate you're a man now not just in doing things like smoking, drinking and cussing but in that nobility that says men protect women and kids and that is who is being bashed on that site and the nicer the are, they more they are bashed by people with no hearts..Obviously, you have one..I would say a rather good one but something having a heart that feels the pain of others and speaks up in righteous indignation is true proof of being a man and a decent human being..yes, you can be silent and be decent but you can usually only be a hero by getting involved at risk to yourself.

Like you, I am true to myself in expressing my views and I hope that does not cause you to dislike me..but I have always vocally defended the underdog many times in my life and tried to inspire others to do what is noble and right. To you this may be small but to those hurt, it is nothing to laugh about or ignore. You may be one of the few people who VFTW posters might listen to as far as gaining a modicum of respect for others...and if they don't, why are you hanging around people like that.
