I think it's pathetic that he is obviously trying to look like Gokey by wearing identical glasses, getting his hair and beard cut the same way and just being generally smarmy and skeevy. He deserves just as much hate.

I'm going to assume "creative arts pastor" is the person in charge of putting on those spectacles they have on Sundays that they call worship (but is actually every fame-whore wannabe that thinks they can sing and or play an instrument from that area).
He's probably not only in charge of music but also the script, costumes, lighting, and anything else they need.
I'm telling you, this one has studied Gropey and has refined Gropey's schtick to a fine new point. He's figured out where Gropey was weak and is doing his best to cross every t and dot every i.
