Hi Ben, welcome to VFTW. I thought you were funny, and they have put MUCH worse singers than you through.

I just want to say, that I want Britnee-my-husband-cheated to sing NOTHING but Brit Brit songs. Starting with "Oops I Did It Again".

Alright, alright, I'll be nice now haha But I seriously did love the belch. Anything fart, belch or toilet pic related is VFTW love.

Ben- Do you have a community choir? If so that might be a good place to start (that is if they're organized and have a good director). You will be able to learn from your directors, as well as other, more seasoned singers. Even if you never become the next Minaj, it's still a fun side-line. (Karaoke hosting or wedding singing can bring in some extra cash in the meantime...)

I didn't watch the episode last night, minus the final audition.

Love how they didn't give the person with an actual sob story the final slot though. And the person who did get the slot ended up with a lot more "dramatic effect."

There were three boys around the same age that looked alike so I thought she had triplets, and I was like OK that's at least unusual. But no, same old 2 kids one husband divorce story, boo fucking hoo.

WELL, this is interesting.

So, as a result of this audition, I ended up being on Good Day Philadelphia for a good six minutes, and was offered a gig as their American Idol correspondent. I also have interviews lined up with... a country radio station? And TMZ, although I'm not sure if I want to accept that one at this point.

Might as well enjoy it, no one will care about you in a few months. (I'm not saying that to be rude, it's just true. I honestly mean enjoy yourself while someone cares about your time on the show)

I remember Norman Gentle having the same type of gig on Wendy Williams. If I were you I would do it. Enjoy your 15 minutes. Also, are you from ONTD?

No, I'm not from ONTD, haha.

And yeah, I'll definitely take whatever opportunity I can from this. It'll be an adventure, for sure.

At least you're making the effort Ben, good for you. But, there aren't many William Hung relative success stories out of the audition rds.

AND, whoever the fuck was talking shit about Normand up there^^ HE achieved the VOTING rds, and his stint on Wendy lasted for a good while, actually; it was not just a one - off dealAntoiletta

Well done Ben! In reality, the winners of this show don't land up getting much more than you've gotten so far.

TONE DEAFNESS

Tone deafness is the lack of relative pitch, or the inability to distinguish between musical notes that is not due to the lack of musical training or education. Tone deafness is also known variously as amusia, tune deafness, "tin ear", dysmelodia and dysmusia.

What a boring episode.

Ben was funny though. And I can't believe no one noticed "AUDTIONS" the first time. Laugh
