Hanson is really talented. I can only hope I can do some good chops, just as soon as I get Photoshop.

Always line up the mouth and eyes and make sure the heads are the same size/proportions/angles. My new thing is to build the top or bottom of the picture as needed. Like the Jimmy Neutron/Cook chop -- the entire area above Cook's hair was created in Photoshop by replicating the area around him. You can tell because it looks kinda shitty, but it works if you aren't looking at it too closely. Now I don't have to cut off the top of Jimmy Neutron's hair and there isn't a bunch of dead space over Cook's. Free Transform|Rotate is your friend as well. I think I flip and rotate half the pictures I use.

Keep in mind that I go through hidef video of the show frame by frame for the s-a-b's. Finding two matching pictures online like you did is rare -- I don't think I'd be able to create more than 1 a week if I had to do that. The downside is that I had to go through some of Carly's performances frame by frame to get the right s-a-b screenshot. I might have barfed in my mouth a little a couple of times doing that.
