Seeing his name makes the Commodores' "Easy" go through my head. With my luck, I'm pronouncing it wrong, and it sounds like "Chikezzie".
Rumored to be in the Top 50. Courtesy of Joe's Place. Thanks, Joe's Place!

Made it to Hollywood Season 6 as well. A couple of photos:

For a while, it was posted as "Eze", but Joe took it down and said she couldn't figure it out. Joe, PM me some hints, maybe I can help out with that.
Normally I'd wait for a last name before starting a thread, but this was the only way to boot Lionel Richie out of my head.
ETA: I think it's possible he may not wind up using a last name, like Cher, or Trenyce. |

Let's just call him "Cheesey MacCheese". You know he's going to live up to it... |

He looks like he'll sing lots of Stevie and songs like that in my opinion. |

Why do I have the feeling that this is going to be AI2 redux? Its looking like most of the Top 12 males will be planted R&B singers.
This guy. The grammy guy. Any word on the bitchy Brittenum twins? At least they cut Brotasia. I'm probably missing some. |

After last year's crop of the least R&B guys this side of Whiteburg, I'm not too surprised. 4 of their 6 male finalists were too system-bucking for them... R&B guys will put out bland, insipid crap on their own volition, and thus are perfect for the Idol machine.
Also, we know TPTB like catering to the christian heartland, and Chik-Ez-E was always closed on Sundays when I lived out in TX. |

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I though AI5 was the whitest year for the guys with poor Gedeon by his lonesome. Last year only had like 2 though, so not much better. |

^^ I could have sworn I saw a post saying you didn't have it. I was probably looking at an old entry and mistaking it for a new one. |

well, since he made Top 24, might as well bring this up.
it's all good in the 'hood as they say in Inglewood...
always up to no good.
before his myspace disappears, here's a December blog:
Quote: Ok, here's stuff about me:
1. I crack my knees every time I stand up (OCD).
2. I'm a shameless flirt.
3. If you bore me enough... I just might disappear.
4. I'm horrible @ keeping in touch. Not that I don't care... I'm just not good at it.
5. If I can act confident for 5 minutes, I can convince myself that I am for the rest of the day.
6. I pick scabs... ew
7. I believe a day without a hug is a wasted day.
8. I'm a recovering packrat (it's genetic).
how much do you have in common with Chikezie?? Take the quiz now! |
