Top 25 finalist in Making the Band and appeared in some show called Country Tonite. (unsure if this is a televised thing or a stage thing)

He looks good in the first picture, but here's another one that's not so nice:

With that ridiculous shirt on the cover of his CD, I hope he sings country. Though if he was on Making the Band, I'm sure he would have sold out to sing pop music too.

Country Tonight is a music theatre in Branson. It isn't televised as far as I know. There is another one in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. It is about the equivalent of Diana Degarmo having performed at Dollywood or Kimberly Caldwell who performed in Branson. But jis Making the Band performance is a big time catch. Good job.

I think this pretty lame as far as plantiness goes. There have been twelve "Making the Band" so far. I'd put him into the professional reality TV whore class except that this is only his second known tryout.

"Country Tonite" seems to have been a large country cover band that did a recurring Vegas style show at a theater/diner/nightclub complex in Branson, Missouri and apparently also small scale shows at weddings and the like. The theater also had 60's shows, 70's shows, 50's shows, etc. It's enough of a tourist attraction to have hotel packages. Most of the info on the web seems to be woefully out of date--I couldn't find any listing of what shows they're doing this month for example, and it looks like Country Tonite briefly outlasted the theater that started it.

Sure it's not huge plantiness, but it's still plantiness. I would bet Jason never mentions it on the show. If that's the case, and he ignores his previous experience and the producers have him make up some different story, then he's a plant.

They briefly showed him singing on the preview for the Dallas episode, at the end of Phili. He actually has a very good voice. And he's from Branson, which is about an hour from where I live. I've seen that cd cover pic before and it really doesn't look like the same guy to me. Could there be two different Jason Yeagers?
