Remember when they were going to go to Anchorage? Wouldn't that be great for AI7?
I can see it now... a rugged lumberjack (read: producer plant) shows up to audition in Anchorage and he has some touching (read: fake) story about his parents dying of frostbite (read: tuberculosis) in the Alaskan wilderness. The judges LURVE his singing (read: are paid to pimp his ass), which is reminiscient of Josh Groban (read: Josh disGracin) and they all send him to Hollywood without hesitation.
They could also have some Inuit chick (read: casino blackjack dealer/hooker) sing a traditional native song, throw in two or three illegitimate children (to make everyone forget about Mantasia) and we have ourselves a season.
Nigel was just saying they needed to focus more on the Poolittles of the competition. Why not a whole state of them?
They could also go back to Hawaii...

They went to San Diego this year San Diego is only about 10 miles from the border so maybe your wish will come true.
As for my dream city, I agree with the San Francisco being great for the freak-factor. I think Utah could have some VFTW gold in there too. |

We still have the pleasure of seeing/hearing Carmen on the local news every once in a while. She's still terrible.
I think Utah would be hilarious. I know of a couple of people that would probably try out. And I would totally make my husband do it. I think he was in a band in high school. |
