Didn't want to forget this nugget given to me this morning by a co-worker...
My office mate was listening to this girl singing and playing guitar on the subway platform, and the singer announed that she would be appearing on AI next year.
Considering they haven't even announced audition cities yet...makes you think

That's because everybody they know tells them they're the best singer EVER and that they can outsing anybody else who's been on Idol or the radio. They're also delusional fucks. There's also the fact that any early plant would know better than tip their hand this soon.
It's going to be very interesting when several years down the line, the plants and their victims fall out of their NDA's and start talking. I know we've gotten hints here and there of the backstage machinations. But when it's not hints, but straight out declarations....that's going to be epic. |
