Ok since the A.I. Songwriting contest has been over for more than 3 months I'm sure nobody cares, but here goes nothing. American Idol adds Kara DioGuardi as a new judge on A.I.. No big deal except Kara DioGuardi is the co-writer on Bo Bice's "The Real Thing" CD for the song "The Real Thing". Guess who her co-writer was? 2007's American Idol Songwriting Top 20 Finalist Marti Frederiksen.

So this is what is considered a "big change" on that crapfest? Wow, a fourth idiot judge! Like someone else already said, it is only going to make the critiques more tedious and annoying. The judges are insignificant being that they have no taste in music. I will be more interested in what changes they actually make to the show when that info starts to come out.

Long time lurker, first time poster here. I am so glad someone else remembered her from that ABC Idol rip-off "The One". I knew that name was familiar from somewhere - and it was that show. Syesha was a contestant on the whole two episodes that aired - it was truly a horrendous ratings failure for ABC. Next task to put on Worsters "To-Do List": Find out names of all contestants who were on "The One" and see if any more of them show up on Idol.
