The girl has every right to keep using her logo, she fucking designed it. Betsy and co. need to shut the fuck up and get over it. Besides, it's a cute design, better than any of the official merch.

I hope the teenager who designed the logo doesn't get guilted into giving up her logo to the Castros. As for Mama Castro, she is a beast and a hypocrite. She asked fans to "pray" for the man who owned the jasoncastromusic domain name, while posting his full name and address. She was manipulating the fans into harassing the man, all under the guise of Christianity which is sickening. She has taken gifts from fans, including an expensive spa gift certificate, and even allowed her 13-year-old daughter to accept expensive gifts. She orchestrated an "impromptu" meeting with fans at a restaurant in Texas, just to sell merchandise to them. Her other son asked fans to sign over rights to any pictures they took at tour stops, for FREE, so that they could sell the merchandise right back to them. Taking advantage of the fans started way back in March when fans were being asked to donate airline miles to the Castro family, followed by Betsy Castro's suggestion that the fans raise money to send Jason's girlfriend on a mission trip. Whoever said the mother is destroying Jason's career is absolutely right.

Jason Castro's mom, Betsy, has now stepped up to an even more shameful platform that hurts kids. The Castro family was already mooching free flights off of the fans and tricking them into sending pictures of Jason so the family could profit by designing merchandise. Now Betsy is sending out a cease and desist to anyone who sells anything with Jason's likeness on it. If some big manufacturer was producing Castro crap, sure, it might be understandable. But Betsy is attacking little kids who are making things like charm bracelets for themselves and friends, most of which don't even have Jason's name on them. Also, a teenager designed a shirt for the Castrotards to wear to show their fan support (left), and Betsy is requiring her to stop making them for friends as well. You don't see the other Idols attacking teenagers for making low-grade fan items. This is just shameful, but it seems Jason's family are low-life, classless, greedy people, so it's not a shock.
