Last month, we brought you the hilarious lawsuit filed by the writers of "Feels Like Tonight" against a band called The Asphalt and their song "Tonight". As predcited, The Asphalt has countersued. Far be it from us to judge (OK, we like judging), but The Asphalt's lawsuit makes a hell of a lot more sense and isn't as flowery and ridiculous. As an added bonus, Chris Daughtry is named in the lawsuit too. Since we've heard that "Feels Like Tonight" was the song that Taylor Hicks was supposed to sing before he threw a fit about it, finally the gray haired one is probably laughing to himself.
